I have been a Swanson's customer for years and have been impressed with their product selection, quality and prices. Their shipping time is very fast. Swanson is a quality and customer-responsive company.

I've been a Swanson customer for several years now and the shopping experience only gets better each time. I have a dear friend who sells Nature Sunshine Vitamins, but there prices are way too high for me too buy from them. Swanson beats the pants off of them on prices. Shipping is fast and sometimes free, not to mention replacements on damaged products with no question asked.

I have been ordering from Swanson for about 8 years now. They are always the most inexpensive source of supplements I can find. They offer high quality products, have reasonable shipping fees, and are very quick to ship. Except for a few things that I get at the local GNC (Time-released Ester C hint! hint!, and inexpensive minerals) I do all my supplement shopping at Swanson

They have excellent products and great prices too. Website is really good except for check-out process, which is slow and painful. Delivery is slow. You will received an email notifying you that your order has been processed four or five days after putting your order.

What a pain in the butt!!!  I placed an item in my bag and Swanson later deleted it saying that now it wasn't available.  Dealing with the people on the live chat was frustrating, at best.  One person told me that she would place the item on backorder for me once I placed my order.  She failed to tell me that if the order was place through PayPal she couldn't add the backordered item on to my order.  The second person on live chat just happened to disappear or get disconnected.  The third was able to answer my questions in a truely honest way.  The whole process was an hour of my time I'll not get back.  There are too many other places to get vitamins where there is a whole lot less hassle.

This Company is by far the best when it comes to selection, prices and service. I have ordered many times over the past year and have never had any problems whatsoever. Orders always arrive on time I have always gotten exactly what I ordered. I especially like the on-line chat option. The agents are always helpful and answer any question I have. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I have used Swanson's online ordering several times now & am very pleased with the products, the way they're packed to ship, the speedy delivery at standard shipping, especially with the quality of the supplements. I am ordering again today and plan on the Probiotics working when the prescribed antibiotics did not! Also trying the Carb Blocker to help when I have a high carb meal or snack. I'm a Type2 diabetic & gonna to give this a try in keeping those carbs under control. Also ordering more Elderberry Syrup to have in my cold & flu prevention kit.

This company is by far the best vitamin store I have ever shopped. Their prices are unbeatable and their service is impeccable. I recommend this store to anyone who regularly shops for supplements.

I have been dealing with Swanson Vitamins for approximately 3 months . I have found them to be a trustworthy company. I have never had reason to to contact them for follow-up on any order. They have kept me aware of the status of my orders and all orders have arrived on time and in perfect condition.
I have found all vitamins and supplements to be of the highest quality and do not have any qualms about continuing to order from them.

Got a $20.00 Gift Certificate due to waiting for stock to be shipped and a error in there online computer program. Was a concearned shopper but now I forgive as the pacified me with a good will bonus. I recently purchased my first set of vitamins from Swanson on Monday. Not only did I receive my vitamins, they were in my mailbox by Friday with the STANDARD shipping option. From the looks of it, it looks like they have quite the selection of vitamins and for a college student that has money half the time and half the time no money, the prices are a bargain as well :).

Generally they have very cheap prices and provide a good service. However, they refuse to list whether there is gluten or other common allergens in their products, which is a life or death matter in some cases. I think this is a poor business decision, and they do it just so they can save a few bucks on the research, and also have the ability to switch suppliers easily.

My order is always fast, accurate, and I am totally satisfied every time I order. They have the absolute best prices anywhere and their guarantee cannot be beat, they'll even refund return shipping if you are not satisfied with any of their products.

I have been shopping at Swansons for over a year now, and they are and should be the standard for all internet shopping.

I actually work at a Vitamin store, but purchase all my vitamins and supplements from Swansons because even with my discount I cannot beat their quality or price.

My husband and I take many vitamins and supplements, and we would not be able to afford to do so if were not for Swansons. Their prices are always great, but they also have the best sales ever. 1/2 price or 2 for 1 on almost all there products at different times. They also give you coupons sometimes.

Their customer service is the best i have ever seen. I have returned items that didn't work me or my husband, and not only do you get a complete refund, they pay to ship the merchandise back.

I have called their company to ask questions regarding various vitamins, and they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I do not usually take the time to fill out surveys or write reviews, but I jumped at that chance to write one for Swansons because overall they are the Standard for vitamin companies.
