Was clumsy to order more than 10 items at a time online, We had 23 items and had to go back and order 3 times, but eventually managed to order everything needed.

I had some problem placing my order on the website but was able to call in and place my order. I had to call back to alert them that I was using an alternate shipping address for this order and they took care of it immediately. The orders from Swanson always arrive very quickly.

I have been purchasing vitamins, herbs, and assorted nutrients from Swanso for several years and have yet to encounter any issues with ordering, shipping, billing, or the products. I am very satisfied with Swanson adn intend to continue my association with Swanson many years into the future. I have also referred several friends to Swanson, who are currently also purchasing vitamins, etc through Swanson.
