I live abroad. Ordered over $100.00 worth of product plus paid high FedEx shipping fees. Never got the products - tied up in customs. When inquired with Swanson's, response was (basically) "not our problem". Never got the items, never got a refund or credit, never got an offer to replace items (and send to a friend in the US). VERY disappointed in this company and will never shop again. What happened to customer service and satisfaction?

Excellent website with great prices. I researched what I wanted both locally and online a lot and found their prices to beat all others by far. Order was shipped out the same day I ordered and received promptly. Will shop there again. Very satisfied.

I discovered Swanson's a few months ago. Love it! The prices are MUCH lower than our local stores. Merchandise is just endless! I can find obscure items that aren't available in a small town. I like the reviews and being able to leave reviews. It helps a lot. All web sites have the occasional glitch and when it happens, I order by phone. They keep me informed of specials and are courteous. I get exactly what I order, in a timely manner. I'd recommend this site (and have done so) to anyone.

The customer service has invariably proven excellent as well. I've been a catalog shoppers with Swanson's for years and my orders have always been accurate as well as both safe and swift in delivery. The quality of the several dozen products that I have used speaks for itself in that my cholesterol has been reduced from 249 to 179 and the blood sugar is back to normative levels now as well. I am working on the weight and blood pressure, but am convinced it is possible to address that through natural means rather than prescribed medication as well. Having checked out the competition, I know they have the very best prices available and proven quality as well. There is no need to shop elsewhere for effective natural health products.

I have placed many orders with Swanson Vitamins for various vitamins, minerals, amino acids and others. Most of the time the items are in stock. If something is back ordered, they will ship the rest of the order out immediately and the balance as soon as they can.

Delivery usually takes about 3-4 days from order date to deliver to California.

I find their Swanson products very good plus they carry other name brands like Now Foods, Source Naturals, Natural Factors, etc. at prices lower than almost any other online merchant.

Swanson has a most liberal return policy. If you have ordered, look at the back of the invoice for complete return information. They make it so easy and give you a year to return a product. Most liberal, huh?

I used to get my herbs near my home, but I found I can order from swanson and save 50 to 60% purchasing my health products from them. Shopping and ordering couldnt be easier from swanson. Shipping costs are reasonable and shipping times are good also. To sum up my experiences with swanson I am pleased with all transactions,variety of products,quality! I am a loyal customer and will continue to buy all my health products from them!

Such a horrible customer service it is.

I discovered while reading the tracking information that they sent out my order to a wrong address with wrong name on it. (I wonder how this can even happen)
I called them to let them know. First sales rep, who obviously didn't know what to do just hung up the call.
Called again, and this rep said as they already shipped the product, they will call UPS and fix it.
However, that didn't happen. The product wasn't delivered to me, so I had to email them twice, without single line of response.

They were quick in pulling the money from my card, but never acted to give my actual product to me. It's beyond the matter of being upset. It's illegal to get money for nothing.

Great vitamins and herbal products. I have been a customer for almost 10 years and would never shop anywhere else.  The ingredients Swanson uses are the finest and puriest around and is certified by an independent company to keep with high quality standards.  Customer Service is great.  Keep up the great work Swanson, I am a customer for life.  Swanson brand products have stayed fresh for years when stored in a cool place with little humidity.

Swanson's shipping packing is B-A-D.  Got it - BAD.

I have called about this three times.  Each time the operator did not want to hear about it - I was the problem.

One of my orders came in leaking of two hand soap liquids; goo spread over the remaining bottles.

I remarked that I would write Lee Swanson.  The operator's response was a sharp laugh and comment (apx) 'Good luck.'

I wonder if this will get a response - positive response?
