I have used Swanson for years and am very happy with the quality of their product and the reasonable cost. The products are always packaged so that no damage occurs, and arrive in a timely manner.

I've been a Swanson customer for 20 years, long before I had internet service, and have always found them to have high quality products at very competitive prices. Shipping is always a low, set fee, no matter how large the order. I highly recommend their products and their service and have plans to be a customer for the rest of my life.

The reason for some "don't know" answers is the fact that after the initial email saying my order was received and I would be receiving an email when it shipped, this never happened. The order just showed up on my door step approx a week after this email. This has never happened before with Swanson. They are usually very precise when an order is shipped and it is easy to track, but not this time...something fell through the cracks.

Still waiting for my order - no information provided as to how I can track its progress - all I know is that it was shipped per an order confirmation. Emailed customer service but no reply yet. Shipping costs to Canada are ridiculous, far more than their actual cost - will not order anything here again - cheaper to buy Canadian and/or drive 1 hour to get to Vitamin World in Buffalo - prices and product quantity/quality would be the same after factoring in Swanson shipping costs and gas to drive to Buffalo. A highly-overrated source of health products in my opinion.
