I purchased a Whirlpool Whispure 250 Air Purifer from Sylvane approximately 3 weeks ago. I placed the order through their customer support department and the experience was wonderful. The person that I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the type of unit that I would need for my area. I wasn't sure of what I needed and didn't want to spend unnecessary money on a unit that I wouldn't like. They assured me that this unit was the one for me. I placed the order and within 3 days, the unit was delivered to my home. Wow-fast and courteous service!

I have since used the unit in my office area daily and I'm so glad that I purchased the unit and from a company that is fast and helpful. I will be purchasing more purifiers from Sylvane in the future.

I purchased on AIr Purifier about 6 months ago and was unable to find the part that I needed for my unit. I was able to go on the Sylvane website and found what I needed. The shopping experience was self-explanatory and and I received a confirmation of my order within minutes to my email address. Once the unit shipped, I received tracking and the item arrived as promised.

I ordered replacement IQAir filters, and they arrived undamaged and on schedule with free ground shipping. They were easy to get on the phone for a quick question about whether a 5% off coupon was applied to the final price (it was, but I had to wait a few minutes for confirmation). Purchasing such simple items doesn't reveal much about a company's competence or customer service, but it gives me confidence to purchase from them again.

My shopping experience with Sylvane was a very positive one. I placed an order for my Friedrich C90B unit that was damaged in a move. The order was placed and delivered in the same week, on time as promised. It was imperative that this unit was delivered on time and Sylvane came through. I will be making more purchases through them in the future. Great and friendly customer service as well.

Kudos to Sylvane! My family and I were hesitant to purchase online as this was our first experience doing so. We called and their knowledgeable representative provided us with expert advise for an Air Purifier for our home. They were honest and the price wasn't too bad either!

The Purifier has been running in our home know for a little over a month now and would couldn't be more please.

Unit arrived on time as promised. Item was as described by sales staff and online description. Received an email receipt and tracking information after order was placed. Emailed after the sale with a quick question on operating the unit and got back a fast response. Great service overall and would recommend again.

I ordered a vapor steam cleaner and it arrived two days later. This was a heavy item and the shipping was free, so I was surprised at how quickly it came. The item was exactly as described. It was a pleasure to deal with this company.

Very pleased with the company. Sales people are very knowledgeable and they deliver a great product. The products are delivered within 2 days and in my case they are always very accurate with the order. I will recommend them and will buy from them in the future. 

Extremely disappointing... I purchased the Amcor NanoMax 12000E only to find out that the manufacturer is out of business and the warranty is useless and no one can replace the remote that never arrived upon purchase. Beware, as the  Sylvane site is still selling these units. I contacted customer service and they claimed that there was nothing that they could do, but the Sylvane company was more than happy to take my money knowing the manufacturer was defunt. The next victim of our economy may be Sylvane if they continue on this course of poor customer service. Their demise will be at their own hands. So buyer beware, there are companies willing to sell items knowing the manufacturer no longer exists, leaving cusomers with products with no warranty and no available parts.
