The good news is I got what I ordered, it worked and the price was good. However, I was very uncomfortable with the way the order was handled. The auto response I got when the order was received left me wondering if they would sell me the product or if it would ever be shipped.
It took about a week longer for my order to arrive than I have experienced from other companies. On top of that, I was not sure that my order had really been accepted until the product arrived. In fact, the day it arrived, I had decided that I would just cancel the order since I was pretty sure they had not yet shipped it. I ordered on the web, since the merchandise was shown in-stock. I received a confirmation email. Then, I received a further email advising me that the items were backordered. Even that email was indicating that both items were in-stock (!). I cancelled my order.

The shipping was a combination UPS/USPS. For several days the package was delayed or "lost" or unaccounted for in the shipping process. It should have arrived sooner either by UPS or USPS alone.

THE SHOPPING FOR THE PRODUCT WAS FINE IN ALL ASPECTS EXCEPT FOR THE PACKING OF THE COMPUTER. IT WAS POORLY PACKAGED AND DID NOT HAVE ADEQUATE PACKING TO PROTECT THE INTERNAL BOX CONTAINING THE COMPUTER. iF THE MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING HAD NOT BEEN GOOD I AM VERY SURE THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN DAMAGE DUE TO ROUGH HANDLING DURING SHIPPING AS THE OUTER BOX WAS HALF CRUSHED!!!!!

I hadn't heard of this store before this purchase and feared it was going to be one of those cheesy places that suddenly tell you your item is no longer in stock if you don't order a ton of accessories for it. But it seems this is a reputable place and I would definitely purchase from them again.
