I placed an order for a Brother printer memory (KTB-HL100/128, invoice #: 199917) on 2/18/2004. Today (3-2-2004) I still have not received the merchandise, nor have I received any notification from the vendor. I called two times. The firs time (about five days ago), I was told that the item was in the warehouse. The second time (today), the agent could not find any further information, but promised he would do his best to find out tomorrow.

Well, this is at least hopeful. Will update on the results.

They sent out the memory after I called, and I got it today. The memory works, so it ends well.

Lowest offered price. Item arrived ahead of promised time. Worked fine. Web site very user-friendly. Everything transparent. Excellent experience all around.

Easy to order from. Order was accurate and received in a timely manner. Good value. The only caveat was they use FedEx Ground Home Delivery. I wasn't home when they attempted to deliver the order. I was hoping I could have it held at a local FedEx pickup, but they aren't affiliated with FedEx. Their terminal was 25 miles away from my home. So I had to make arrangements to have it delivered to my work address. I would have specified this when ordering if I'd known.

I found the Plantronics CT-12 wireless headset on their site through a PriceGrabber search. They had the lowest delivered price by a fair margin.

Their site is well organized and provides shipping information without requiring full checkout. The headset shipped and arrived and quickly in perfect condition. They provided excellent status updates via email and whole process was absolutely painless. The experience was definitely better than a lot of the better known online stores I've dealt with. I had never heard of them before and was somewhat dubious when their price was lower than anywhere else, but I would definitely buy from them again.

TechOnWeb telephone customer service is excellent. Melissa Johnson was courteous, helpful, and prompt in addressing my concerns about a possibly defective product. Somehow she managed to get a replacement ground shipment to arrive the next day. Followup calls with her were also helpful, as she referred me to to the product helpline.

this company is a best company, but i have a suggestion.
in this BIZ time is so important and tech on web just ship by fedex. always i asked about cargo, but didn't get clear answer yet. speed of cargo so better for our job.

Had to call Customer service once and e-mail them once before I recieved my Tracking number, once I recieved the tracking number everything else went smoothly, no problems with transaction(paypal), shipment was ontime via fedex, product was double packaged, box was brand new never opened, product worked! Will shop here again no questions

I cannot recommend this vendor. I ordered a cartridge using the information on their page which turned out to be erroneous (Xerox 6350 cyan).  The cartridge arrived just fine and I experienced no problems in terms of getting it.  Since it was after the 20-day return period, they would not even do an exchange though I explained to them that you don't install a new cartridge until the old one expires.  My printer told me it did not support the cartridge, so I was not able to print even one page. So the cartridge remained completely unused.  Still, no willingness to consider an exchange. I was able to engage customer support by phone and email, but, though initially cordial, eventually the service rep. accused me of "blackmail" when I told him I would write a negative review of the site. Unprofessional, to say the least. Stay away from this vendor!

Product descriptions were great. It even showed a picture of what is in the box. Ordered product with no hassle. Got an email confirmation and tracking number. Product showed up on door step just as represented. This is customer service.

This is a joke of a store. I ordered an LCD monitor at night using a credit card and everything verified fine. I assumed that everything was fine until I get an email at 5pm the next day saying the card address didn't match one on file. After having them try another address they told me I needed to contact my bank. The one good thing about this retailer was that they cancelled my order quickly. I immediately ordered the same item through tigerdirect using the same card and address and the monitor is being picked in their warehouse only 10 minutes after my order. Bottom line is - yes you can save $20 on larger items shopping at these rinky-dink e-tailers, but is the time and hassle really worth it?

My first experience with TECHONWEB, and I couldn't be more pleased. Great price on a Belkin F6C1500-TW-RK UPS. Really fast, affordable shipping. Their web site is well organized and informative. I have no reservations about shopping there again.
