We were a bit nervous to order furniture online so I called the customer service number which was easy to find on the website. My questions were answered and they explained the 30 day return policy and the return protection option. Our entertainment center arrived on time - on the earlier end of the shipping and delivery estimates and in excellent condition. Thanks.

The headboard we received was cracked and chipped on the top so we had to contact the manufacturer to have a new piece sent. We have not received the new piece yet as they said it would take a couple of weeks. Otherwise, the service we received was good.

The shopping experience was great. The only problem was a hole in the box where something punched a hole and damaged the top of the cabinet. It took about three weeks to get a replacement top.
