Excellent prices on pda accessories, very speedy delivery, products received were high quality, found a product that was difficult to find elsewhere (silicone PDA case) highly recommend this merchant based on this experience

It has been over 2 weeks and I have not received the item (despite express shipping) or even any status updates on the order page.

One hint that this store may not be honest is that their prices are extremely low, even for the rare phone charger that I bought.  Unfortunately, I did not do the appropriate research on TangShop.com before placing my order.  If I had, I would have seen the many many negative reviews returned from Google.

TangShop has not responded to several emails.  I am taking the issue up with Yahoo Stores, but they are also sluggish.

I recommend that any potential buyer stay away.

Still waiting for a common nokia cable after 3 weeks! non-existant customer service. I find no satisfaction in this transaction. I don't recommend this sham.

I was looking for a cable for my Sony Clie PDA and found just what I was looking for at the TangShop. It was my first purchase at this site and I am very happy with my purchase. I got a retractable cable that can sync and charge my PDA. It works great. I recommend this store to anyone.

Do not buy from this store!
I purchased a phone data cable from this store and paid for expedited 2day shipping, which was about the same price as the item itself. More expensive then other stores but I needed the cable urgently.
Instead of 2 days, the cable showed up after 10 days! Note, that I was still charged for 2day shipping.
And, on top of that, it was the wrong cable, not the part number I ordered and not the cable listed and shown on the website.
Any attempts to contact the place by email were unsuccessfull, they have not replied to a single email.
Nobody ever picks the phone up there.
So, as I mentioned in the beginning of the review - avoid this merchant at all costs.

I ordered 2 items (USB and car charger) for my Ipaq from this store. They sent only one of the two (USB charger), but the shipping receipt said they had sent both. When I emailed them, they said they would correct the mistake. But basically never sent me the car charger they had charged me for. I've been emailing back and forth with them for weeks. It has been a waste of time and very frustrating because I cannot believe what they say… and I've still not received my 2nd item - the car charger! This is a fraudulent establishment.

I have ordered one ACER N30 Retractable PHR-ACER-N30 cable vide order no. 66641 dt.14-09-08 but till date nothing has reached me. Tangshop also taken the money from my account but product has not been delivered till date. they are also not responding on mail. please tell me where to complaint. This is a very fraud organisation. I have never seen an American company indulging in this cheap type of services.

They charged but I am still waiting ti get my order and they also not intrested in replying to my mails

Hi, well we all like a good review, unfortunately with my TANG experience that I can not give. I purchased a sim un-locker card from them, It did not work on any of my mobiles including the Nokia N80. What this bit of c--- did was to render 2 of my sims useless. Now when i try to use them I get the message SOS EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY. I have full credit on both sims!!!.

BUT my problem is Tang shop will not reply to any of my emails, now aint that hard to believe.
What a waste of money. I and i no not normally complain.

I ordered from tangshop because they had all the stuff i needed at that time, and it was cheap. I live in Denmark and they only charged 10$ for shipping and i could wait for 2-3weeks..
I eventually got the package and was very happy it hadnt been picked up by the toll :)

But when i opened it, i was disappointed to find that there were two items missing.
They havent replied to my emails yet and for some reason Yahoo aint listing them anymore, but i found them through yahoo and they have buyers protection, so ill write to them now.

I ordered a universal car/travel/wall usb charger adaptor from them. The price wasn't that bad. I ordered the item on 09-29-08 and received a confirmation order number. Today is 10-13-08 and I haven't received my order or other information about the shipping. I have tried to contact them by the phone number on their site but it said that the number was wrong. I sent them three e-mails and haven't received any type of response! I don't recommend that anyone use this company for any reason!!! This is the worst experience that I have ever had ordering anything on-line!

DO NOT buy from this site!! I ordered an item from them, they sent it to the wrong address (so they say). They refused to sent me another item or give me my money back, they hardly ever answer my emails and they do not have a phone number listed. This company is a fruad and is out there to cheat you and get your money, please look somewhere else to do business.
