I am not sure if I would buy from Tech Toys again. I sent an e-mail asking why I haven't received my order, yet because it should have been here a week ago; and I received no reply from Tech Toys. Like I said, USPS was supposed to deliver this by last Wed. or Thurs. but I still have not received my product.

They were completely sold out of my product although the website said it was in stock. They did however get back to me quickly and gave me a refund immediately.

I placed the order for the camera and then approximately 4 days later they sent me an email stating that their was a problem with the billing adddres on my credit card. I took care of that and then a week later I got an email stating that the camera was out of stock. I needed the camera because my daughter was leaving for a trip so they really messed things up for me.

They don't specify in their site that if the billing and shipping addresses don't match is required to send a photo ID by fax or mail. This caused a delay. There was another delay after the package was shipped (I don't know the reason) and the status has not been updated to "delivered" yet, what it made me think that the package had not been delivered (and it was since some days ago). Their help to the customers is enough, but very impersonal and cold.
