Orgasmic... no better word to describe it!

I was looking for some board packages online for my girlfriend and I for Christmas and I ended up on this site. All the gear was mad discounted and very easy to find. The shopping experience was very enjoyable, the low prices were even better, and the FREE SUNGLASSES had me sold.. haha.. So, I ordered a couple of boards, boots, and bindings, and got them 3 days later. Great stuff in perfect condition. These guys saved my wallet and all my friends are jealous of my gear. The-House.com is the best!

I had to buy something from the house, because they were the only ones left that had the jacket I wanted in stock. It will be my last purchase from the-house/proboardshop.com, because the girl on the phone was rude to me. I just wanted to see if they would refund my overnight shipping, because it didn't get to me in time. She never let me finish my sentences nor did I feel like the gave two sh#@s. I am a loyal evogear.com customer and I will never shy away again. They always take care of me and their customer service reps are incredible. They are very professional and you know they care.

junk products, slow shipping, bad customer service

Somehow they deleted my review, so again:
I ordered a snowboard set and
1) The order was _shipped_ about two weeks after I ordered (and was told on the phone it had been shipped), so it arrived _after_ my winter holidays
2) The equipment that I bought (at significant rebate) turned out to be about 4 seasons old (no mention of this on the website), was of low quality (so I guess they sell products that other stores couldn't sell), and appeared slightly different than pictured on their website (maybe they photo-shopped their images).

Ordered a board on 12/23/08 at 11am and was told that if I chose overnight shipping for $50 it would arrive on time...it did not arrive on time for a Christmas surprise, so I called the company and the Customer Servie Rep could not understand why it wasn't shipped and said I would be refunded the shipping costs...the board finally came today (New Year's Eve). Needless to say, I am peeved it took so long to arrive! So far, the board looks good...

BAD SERVICE, NO MONEY BACK

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an online order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They sent me the wrong board TWICE and put three holds on my card for $1200! after I told them not to. Customer service never called me back except the one time to tell me they never had the item I ordered. I have been trying to get my money back for over a month and they give me a new excuse every time I call. I am a college student and they have wiped out my bank account right before Christmas. Completely incompetent! I am still waiting for my money, have filed a fraud claim with my bank and will be contacting a lwayer shortly.

ABSOLUTE WORST RETURN POLICY & ETHICS!

We purchased boards, boots, bindings for our boys for Christmas. Due to sizing issues, we ended up returning most of the order and reordering. The House issued credits back to our credit card about 7 days after they received the merchandise back which was on 1/11/09. Today is 1/26/09 and we have yet to see the credit. Upon calling The House, they said it takes 10-14 BUSINESS days for them to issue the credit. Interesting how their competitors, and all other businesses for that matter, are able to process refunds credits within 2-3 days, business days or not. Something is definitely fishy with The House's business practices, especially when our credit was issued on 1/11/09 (a Sunday & "non-business" day). We will be disputing this with our credit card company

Horrible customer service on an exchange. Bought some Dragon Foil goggles and found them to be too small, sent in the exchange form filled out to receive some Dragon DX goggles instead. They sat on the exchange for 9 days after receiving the Foils back, then I had to call them twice to get anything done.
Now here is the kicker, when I received my supposedly new goggles instead of them being the Dragon DX, they shipped the exact pair of Foils back to me.
So I call them and supposedly get this fixed with a pair of Dragon DX goggles 2nd day aired by them to me with a pre-payed shipping lable for the Foils they sent me by mistake.
Here is the 2nd kicker, I open the box and what do I find? Not a pair of Dragon DX goggles, but another pair of Dragon Foils exactly like the ones I had sent in for exchange a month earlier.
This was the worst experience that I have ever had with on-line shopping

Their site was user-friendly, they even further expedited the shipping (at their cost) to ensure delivery by Xmas; and, when I called their customer service to check on my order, their hold message was upbeat and unique. Plus, the customer service rep was very helpful and friendly!

My shopping experience was great. Your site was easy to navigate and I was able to find what I was looking for quickly. The sizing chart was also very benificial. My only complaint is that when I ordered my sons Snowboard, your site said every snowboard purchase came with a free snowskate, but we didn't recieve that.

The glasses I ordered were damaged, but the reo told me to keep the glasses and they'd send new ones. I was happy about that and will deffinately buy from them again. Great customer service :)

wonderful i will always come back to your site to buy any thing, but one word of advice increase your stock like i go to look at some vulcome coats and there are only three or four choices, this is the same for a few other products. but it is problem cause it is the end of your season so you are sold out of a lot of things.
