Fast shipping and the product was as described. Poor packaging. The bundle of cigars were placed in a box twice the size of the bundle with no packing, just the empty box. They bounced around in the box and were in poor shape on arrival. Too bad, otherwise a smooth purchase.

It was a great experience. I wish the shipping was a little faster. It was only one day late and it was around the holidays so that might have been the problem. The produces were wonderful and the little text message i added when i ordered was hand written and put on a post card . Very Nice Touch!

The Cigar Hut has an extensive selection of cigars with photos, descriptions, and inventory details. Very customer-friendly and easy-to-use site...the best I found online. Everything arrived as scheduled. I did not recieve an email confirmation until the day the packaged arrived. I was freaking out a little because I wasn't sure if they had received the payment in the mail. But everything turned out great and the humidor arrived in perfect condition, right on time.
