Adult Signature required via UPS is a HUGE hassle and is unnecessary. I have already paid for the cigars so "over $200" makes no sense. As for "Adult" I could certify that via web site. Having to endure repeated failed delivery attempts is not only an inconvenience for me but also results in stale cigars. I would be happy to fill out an on-line signature card.

Service was great. Product was not of the quality I am used to. The site shows Old Fashioned Dominicana label, but cigars were in a plain carton with no label and not of the quality that Old Fashioned Dominicana usually is. I will not be ordering again.

I was a little surprised by a three day delay in shipping. It may be stated in the shipping policy, I didn't look.
The cigars were nicely humidified so no delay in enjoying them.
