Chronic Problems with Delivery and Backorders - Don't Buy From Them!! Gathering from all the other reviews I've read on this page, FurnitureParadise has a very big problem-- not delivering furniture in a timely fashion and not even INFORMING customers ...

I ordered a crosley CR48-CR turntable about 2 1/2 weeks before Christmas on a web site I found called dealtime.com. It was in stock, but still hasn't arrived-it's DEC 28th. I looked on the web site again and it reads as in stock. When I called your company they informed me that my Christmas gift is on back order until Feb. I am very disappointed and would prefer never to shop with your company again. I had a very sad child on Christmas morning!

Ordered cherry trundle bed in October, and as of Mid-January has yet to be delivered, even though we were given delivery 'dates'. Even getting them to respond sometimes took three e-mails. Credit card was charged however. Before order was cancelled, we were told we might be liable for fees which forced us to cancel order and report them to fraud division of credit card company. BEWARE!

The process was of ordering through Everythign Furniture was painless, simple, and inexpensive. The furniture we bought, a table with chairs and 4 barstools came in excellent condition! The table and chairs were easy to assemble. All of the items look great! The table is strong and sturdy, the chairs and barstools real stylish and comfertable. Well do it again the next opportunity we have to purchase furniture.

I had purchased an item from the furniture paradise.com and I can say who are these people writing reviews. I had an issue with the order being delayed. I spoke to the owner himself, and not only was he very apologetic, but her gave me a discount for my trouble. Well, the item arrived in perfect condition, and I am very happy with the store, the service, the courtesy shown and the entire experience. I would tell anyone, they are top shelf.

It's been two weeks and I still have not received my order. I called twice and was promised a return phone call within the hour. I was also promised an email status update of my order - I received neither. They have not even given me a tracking number to track the shipment. I have no idea if my order has even shipped yet. Buyers beware! I will not shop here again.

Unlike many retail store fronts that are confusing and have just way too much on their home page, this site is well organized and pleasant to browse. They have great selection that include unique pieces, very reasonable prices, and checkout is hassle-free. Plus, update and confirmation emails are prompt and informative. I ordered something that was on backorder, so before I recieved it, I did receive an update email notifying me of the ship date. Well it got here yesterday and looks and feels great! Great experience here.
