This website was pretty easy to use and navigate. I found what I was specifically looking for in less than 5 minutes. What I ordered was sold by the linear foot and while I wanted two 6-foot runners, I had to order 12 linear feet. I am hoping I will be able to cut it in two rather easily when it arrives.
The product I ordered was shipped in two days, and received in good order. No problems with the order, shipment or product... but the credit card I used to place the order was being used fraudulently with hours of placing the order. I believe the fraudulent use of the card originated with someone at WEBstaurant Store.
A great site but needs to show how shipping is calculated or offer shipping specials. You can add and remove items to work out the best deals but that is frustrating

The Webstaurant Store has all of the products I need for my coffee roasting business. Whenever I think of an unusal product that I need, I can count on the Webstaurant to have it. Items are always in stock and they provide fast shipping. I have been very satisfied with my experiences with the Webstaurant Store.
Horrible company. Shipped wrong product and never never rectified the situation. Customer service was terrible. They stated that certain policies exist when they did not. Do noy buy anything from this company.

I ordered pizza pans with rims, 20 of them, and what I recd were coupe pans in 2 different styles. I will not order from this website again as I didn't get what had been advertised. There was no explaination as to why the order was filled with the incorrect style of pans and I will not pay the 30% re-stocking fee to send them back.

They had great service but my order apparently had to go freight and their tracking wouldn't track it. So after calling and no one answering I had to do live chat. They figured out that the order went freight and told me. I recommend them, they have good service but could enhance their tracking side. Read more

WEBstaurant's website is super-easy to navigate. Check out is quick and easy, and you are NOT required to "subscribe" in order to purchase products from them. I value my privacy and obviously so do they. My item shipped right on time and arrived in excellent condition. I would purchase from them again without hesitation in the future.
