I have shopped there a few times and for once I had to deal with them to get a replacement of a faulty battery. All I did was just sending an email and they sent me a new one with no charge and no questions.
You may find a cheaper place to buy some batteries, but these guys really give you peace of mind every time you shop cause of their awesome customer service rep.
They always have the best brand name batteries on market you wont easily find with other retailers (e.g. Mobypower, Sanyo Eneloop) with very good price.
The only downside of their shopping system is that the customer can't see the real time status of the order. It's not a big concern since you can always email them to check and they respond very quickly.
