I found this store through shopping.com which compares prices, including shipping.  Tonermax.com was advertising free shipping and had a good price so I went to their site and spent much time searching through to find 3 different sizes of labels I wanted for my Brother QL-570.  When I went to check out there was a message that says they really don't want your business if your order is under $100.  I'm not kidding!  Trust me, I won't be back when I have a larger order "that you want."

I ordered a #95 HP Tri-color inkjet cartridge and was shipped expired product. The date on the outside of the package is "SEP06" and expiration date printed on the cartridge is 2007/03/02. It appears to be a cartridge that was probably originally sold in combination with a printing or paper kit.
I FAILED TO READ OTHERS OPINIONS FIRST FOR THIS MERCHANT.
They are not responding to my e-mails.

This place was terrific. They are doing a great job and when we ordered the product in Tonermax immediately they send the confirmation mail to us. The product which they deliver to us was truly a OEM product and will be delivered in a nice condition. Here, we have to know the cost of the product. The cost of the product was cheap when compare to others. Some will say that online shopping will a wrong choice. But tonermax is straight opposite because they are doing a very good job in online. Without any problem we can get our product to this online shop. We can also get our product in express deliver. Thanks to Tonermax.

Website was easy to navigate and contained all of the information I needed. Priceing is very good. The deciding factor was "free shipping"! These guys are a joke. They advertise new products and sell refills. They even include a note in the shipment saying that because they were unable to ship in original packaging (duh) they'll offer a 10% refund. They include no contact info and after tracking down their phone # they have a canned answer telling you not to leave a message.
Avoid this company at all costs!

I found an older HP 03A laser toner cartridge from their store for about 2/3 the price other stores were offering it. Somewhere on their site they say to be in business since 1979, so I took my chances and bought the toner. In fact.. I bought 2 because orders over $50 get free ground shipping. A nice extra.

The checkout is smooth and very clean.. one could hardly make a mistake there. Used my Visa credit card to make the purchase and 3 days later my toners arrived. The box had some slight damage on the outside, but inside were enough peanuts to keep a German tank out :)

There are many offers provided for the customers and one of the main things was they are supplying only OEM product truly. Cost was also cheap when comparing to others and one advantage on purchasing with tonermax was they are offering free shipping for each order. When I ordered the product I received the confirmation mail from them. After that the product was delivered in time as mentioned in the confirmation mail. They are providing the best customer service. I will surely recommend other to do the business with them and I will be the regular customer.
