I called in an order for a Ricoh maintenance kit that was to be sent to me 2nd day air. They sent me an e-mail confirming the order. However, it actually was not in stock and it would take a week to order. They did leave a message on my home phone; unfortunately, I was not home until the day that the shipment was to arrive. They never e-mailed me. I was still willing to buy it, so I called to see if they could drop-ship the kit. They blamed me for the lack of communication because I did not have a cell phone for them to call. The individual who answered the phone was so nasty and argumentative, I would rather pay more elsewhere. I liked their prices, but their attitude and service are horrible.

I had a very good experience with Tonerprice.com. I called in my order, Customer Service was friendly, they answered the phone call, answered all of my questions and I received my product the next day. Unbelievable Service. I will most definitely shop there again.

They sent the wrong toner cartridge
Then they sent a cartridge which ran out of ink within two weeks.
And they called us up and complained because we had taped up the xerox carton when we returned the incorrect cartridge.

Unbelievably bad service. Product completely unacceptable

Don't go near them.

Shopping at tonerprice.com was so quick and easy. The search layout is flawless, so there is no need to guess what it is I am looking for. Delivery was very quick as well. A+ in my book.
