The item ordered was shown to "In Stock" at the time I placed the order and when checking my account this order is shown as having been shipped. Since I have not yet received it, I contacted Tool King's customer service department and I did receive a prompt reply informing me that due to hurricane season, etc., generators have been back ordered and that I will be advised of shipping number, etc., when the item is shipped. I do appreciate the follow-up however I'm really unable to complete the survey at this time and (required) responses to some of the questions are unfair to the vendor at this stage. Ann Wallace

There was no info on where the order would ship from. I needed it quickly and paid for 2nd day air shipment. It was shipped from metro Denver and I live in metro Denver, so it did not ship by air. It came FedEx ground.
Since my ship to address was a local metro one, I do not think I should have been charged for the air shipment.
