All my purchases with this company have been exceptional in value and service. I believe an improvement is needed in the way items are packed for shipping. The few times I have received damaged items it was apparent proper packing would avoid the delay of putting the item(s) into service. In spite of the delay, damaged items have always been repaired/replaced within an acceptable amount of time and to my satisfaction. Read more
