was very happy with my purchase it seem like i just order and it it was at my doorstep was very unexpected. my husband had got one of the flashlights when he had bought his big combo set. and when we were hit with all of the hurricanes this year this was the right kind of flashlight to have. so when i see it for half of the price that sears and home depot sell it for we bought 2 so if we are hit again we will be prepared more to help our family

The perfect supplier. Had what no one else did. All info on the web site and very accessible and understandable. Online purchase was direct and efficient. Product actually arrived one day earlier than expected! Product was missing some minor parts and had a damaged part, so I contacted Tool King and arranged for a replacement. So far, very positive. 36 hours later I had a return authorization. However it took another phone call to get a UPS return label from Took King. This is where I am now: taking the item to the UPS store this morning. I am particularly impressed by how quickly they reply to phone messages, and by the knowlegable, helpfulness and clear speaking by their customer service people.

My shopping experiance was very good. I really like the way the website keeps a log of all orders and allows you to check status or print out an invoice. I would however like the ability to sort/filter by brand when searching for a tool.
