My first order item was not as pictured on Websitw. Second order OK. Third order was not shipped for over three weeks, they never notified me,I called to check and found that the order had been cancelled. Will not do business with them again: UNRELIABLE.

I got the tool in good shape and on time
the add said that the tool came with 2-18 volt batteries
I received one
e-mailed Tool King a week ago about the order they said they would ship out asap a new battery
as of today I havn't received battery

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience shooping on-line at Tool King. It did take some time to process the order (2-3days after I had placed the order) but once that was done, it shipped on time. I did notice that the tracking link provided was not always working, but going direct to the ups tracking site helped.
On the whole, on-line shopping with Tool King had far fewer hiccups (the processing time and the broken tracking link) than compared to other on-line shopping experiences that I have had.
