Only problem was that the web site description was very similar between several models of the same thing making it hard to determine what features were available on the higher priced models and not the lower, but there was good selection and good prices - would definitely shop there again if price was right Read more

The experience was good in general. However, I telephoned twice in attempting to ascertain a shipping date. These calls were unsatisfactory. I finally got an email with a shipping date three hours after UPS delivered the item to me. Interestingly, the shipping date in the email was the actual delivery date. Read more

Frame was bent and could not remove the filter in order to remove the foam packing. Straighten the frame around the screen filter and removed the foam packing.
Sheet metal screw hold the back in place was missing on the top and the head was broken off on one screw on the bottom.
Two screws hold the air flow indicator in place were to tight and cracked the plastic air flow indicator cover.

Great except shipper dumped, really dumped it upside down on the steps in my bulkhead! The box was torn open and parts scattered under the steps. I never found the blades and the knob holding the light on. I contacted Dremel who was supposed to get back to me but never did. I will call them back tomorrow. Read more

The tracking was poor, but i don't know why. The prices were good and they seem to have sales. i have yet to use the refurbished dewalt jig saw, but plan to in the near future. they said it carries the same factory warranty so i have no concerns. Read more
