Merchant shows a tracking page but it was never setup for my item. Had to call repeatedly to find out status. Shipper claimed to deliver between 8am and 5pm. Waited all day and delivery arrived at 7:30pm. Better tracking and shipper reliability are needed to inprove this customers overall rating. Product was in excellent condition and as expected. No issue there.

I was very impressed with my very first purchase. I bought a new Porter Cable HW flooring nailer. There was a manufacturer defect with it. I called the day I received it and ToolKing emmediately sent a new one with a packing slip to return the defected one. Great response. Therefore I have purchased other tools from toolking. I have them listed in my "Favorites" and search their site before making any tool purchaes. Highly recommended.

First purchase. Will buy from again for tools. Great prices, fast shipping (wish I was closer as ground shipping takes a while but that's not ToolKing's fault.). I received the gift card bonus that was included in the deal a few days after the package. I went back to their site to check on prices on accessories and noticed the price had dropped. I emailed their customer support asking if they had a price protection policy. Received a prompt reply that they indeed do and my credit card will be credited. All A's in my book.
