I purchased this welder as a "re-conditioned" item. When I received it, it had signs of being "used" (i.e. many scratches on the unit, welding burns a gouges on the handle and ground clamp,welding tip and housing was burnt, no manual and no complementary roll of wire as avertised).
I called your company and customer service contacted Hobart and they sent me replacment tips, wire and the manual. It took approximately one month and several calls and emails to receive the items. Customer Service sent me a $20 gift card for my next purchase from Tool King.

Two of the three items I orderred have arrived, I was told at the time I placed my order the third item was back orderred--this in NO way affects my satisfaction. The person who took my call was VERY courteous and helpful.

Never Had such a Bad Problem with Tool King in the Past!
I placed my Online Order on Dec 31 it was for a deal on Bessey TG 2.512 woodworkers clamps and a DeWalt bat power tool ToolBag..
Tool King was out of the Tool bag that I had orderd and they e-mailed me offering me others at a discounted price with in the two days it took to send e-mails back and forth between the sales guy Paul and Myself by the time they shipped they were out of the bessey TG2.512 clamps... Which I stated was the Most important part of the Order!
So,, I'm Sorry to say "BUT!" in the past three years of Dealing with Tool King this past deal has left a Very Bad taste with my company Sound Restults Restoration
When my other Business is out of stock on an ordered item, we offer either a rain check or just provid info on the back order as of the next expected time of delivery...

ToolKing.com was an exelent online shop for shipping over seas.
Yust a minor problem; ToolKing.com should inform customers living in european countries or offer a solution to solve the problem 120 volt 60 hz to 230 volt 50 hz that we have here in Norway. That costed me 800 norwegian kr (120$)extra. Beyond that I will recomend ToolKing.com too my friends and collegues.
