I found out from my daughter on the Monday afternoon before Christmas that my husband wanted this specific tool as a Christmas gift. I thought that it would be crazy to attempt to order a Christmas gift at such a late date and expect to receive it in time. I was pleased to find that they offered 2 day air shipping for only $11.95. I placed my order late on Monday afternoon and it was still shipped that very same day for delivery on Wednesday. This merchant exceeded all expectations!

The Item was missing a guard for the grinder. Phone call to them resulted in a shipment the next day. The did not return the phone call to advise me that it was taken care of. A return phone call would have been considerate. Still a great seller and I will check back for another item I am looikng for.
