I was a bit nervous as I hadn't heard of this online retailer, however I did make a purchase on the site. I received an email confirmation and easily tracked where my purchases were.I received them very quickly and they were in great condition. I didn't have any trouble at all and would definitely shop on this site again.

the item ordered was for a 3/4 " size,. I received a 1/2"instead. Clerk claimed I ordered incorrectly and would not replace with desired item..I had to go to the trouble of return/reorder. I returned but did not reorder. As I recall I had a problem when I ordered. The order came up as 1/2" and I had to go back to order the 3/4 before I submitted it. I don't understand how this happened.Maybe my computer skills are at fault.

My problem with Tool King is the fact that their website showed the item to be instock and received within 5-7 days. My account was charged the next day for the full amount. After 7 days and still no shipment I emailed asking for someone to check on my order...they told me that it was on back order and didn't know when it would be in. Two days later they shipped my item..I still haven't received it. I have a problem with my account being charged for something that they don't even have in stock, also when I tried to use their customer service line all I would ever get is an answering machine, and of course nobody bothered to return my call. Even though Tool King had the lowest price on the item, I won't shop there anymore due to the service that was provided.

Order placed two weeks ago is still listed as "processing". Earlier email to the company said that the item would ship 'next day' and that I would be notified of status; neither has happened.

Would have like to talk to someone about our order.
Took a couple of days before shipping and recieving a track number. Would had like to have known that the product was available at time of order.

For an item that was listed as "In stock" and a statement on the vendors web site that most items shiped out within 2 bussiness days, it took nearly a week before it was shipped out. Also the tracking function on the website did not work. However, when I emailed them asking for the tracking number, they responded very quickly. Overall a good purchase, quality product, just might want to look somewhere else if it's an immediate need. I will order from them again though.
