I'm not happy with the service/ communication at Tools-Plus.  The sales man that initiated the sale Peter Reid was never available.  It took me several try's to get get a hold of Tools Plus after it had been over two weeks without any shipping information.  Finally, I was informed the unit I ordered was on back order and wouldn't be shipped for another ten days.  If they come through with what they say, it'll take over a month to receive the compressor from when I ordered.  Ordered 9/19/09.  Stated ship date, 10/23/09. So I cancelled and ordered from a different company so I could get the equiptment sooner.

I recently purchased a Milwaukee Tool Radio as a gift for my husband.  It was shipped to me in the original red Milwakee Tool Radio box.  The radio was not fully covered.  The box was open and there were pictures of the radio on every side of the box.  It was not covered in any sort of packing tape nor was it placed in shipping box so he could see exactly what he was getting when it arrived.  I can not believe that they did not properly package the item before it was shippped.  I puchase a lot of gifts online and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.  I will never shop at this web sight again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
