I bought a Jet bandsaw at a great price and was completely satisfied with the purchase. Then I bought a Delta drill press and was happy with everything except the chuck. The key did not fit the chuck well so I figured they sent the wrong key.

I'm not happy with the service/ communication at Tools-Plus. The sales man that initiated the sale Peter Reid was never available. It took me several try's to get get a hold of Tools Plus after it had been over two weeks without any shipping
