ordered the tool,it arrived about 9 days after,fair price,dont seem to want to answer the phone.if the item wasent in stock they should have let me no.will not use them again 

I never write reviews, but I was so happy with my service at toolup.com I decided that I should! I ordered this on Friday and received it on Thursday, FAST SHIPPING! They kept me fully up to date on the processing of my order and shipment. I would definately shop with this company again!

Disappointed. Made an order on Sunday, found the order to be canceled on Monday because they couldn't honor the price. Here is a hint: DON'T LIST AND SELL ITEMS AT PRICES THAT YOU AREN'T GOING TO HONOR.

I could have spent that time ordering from a place that wouldn't have done that to me. Won't order from again.

I ordered a set of Dewalt 14.4 lights, one gooseneck, one flood and a right angle bare tool, no cases or batteries. I placed the order late Thursday night and got an email saying my order had been shipped late Friday UPS ground. The following Wednesday I got my package in. It had the right parts, the right price and everything was new and unused

 I ordered a specific ladder from them and they delivered to me a much cheaper version.  I called and asked them to send me the correct item and I would gladly return the inferior one.  I was told that I would need to send them the unit, ground, and wait for the proper item to be delivered again at less than next day service.  I consider this to be the worst, lowest level of customer service and believe that they purpously employed a bait and switch hoping I would not recognize the descrepency. I ordered from another vendor and recieved awsome service with no distrust. Look around there are better vendors out there. The items they are selling are the out of date left overs which are inferior to the more modern selections at other vendors and the prices are just a reasonable.

I ordered a Milwaukee screw gun from Toolup and specified 2-day delivery. Order placed Monday morning, product delivered to my front door mid-day Tuesday! Toolup's price for both product and shipping was much lower than Home Depot and most other on-line stores.
