Saw was broken on delivery. Got the run around for weeks about the replacement of the broken part, only to find out they do not replace parts. They then ask me to return the saw and they would snd a new one. Then they told me the saw was not in stock and would be on backorder. This would take several additional weeks, POSSIBLY!!! I cancelled the order.

Item I wanted was listed on website. I was able to order the item and complete my order. When I tried to track my order I was unable to get any information from the website I then had to call customer service to find out that just "just because an item is on the website does not mean it is available." I was told it was on backorder and she had no way of telling wheather I would get the item or not. I asked if I would be e-mailed. She said no that after a certain amount of time the order would be cancelled without notice. Since I have not recieved the drill as of today I guess that length of time has transpired.
