My experience was deplorable.  I ordered a heated bird bath.  The weather wasn't cold enough for a few weeks to make sure it worked--and it didn't!  When I tried to return it 40 days after purchase, they said the 30 day guantee period had expired, and they refused to help, even when I insisted on communicating with a supervisor.  I encourage you to seek business elsewhere!!

Easy comparison shopping, navigation of site for items by category, lowest price found, no problem with order, will shop here again.  I liked the customer favorite labels on items.

Unbeatable sales has amazing items and prices, they were speedy with shipping, although the internet shipping time calculator was not accurate. Significantly, I did have a billing issue that was not resolved as expeditiously as I would have liked. I was told that paypal needed a credit card verification for the purchase and then was double billed. I took nearly 3 weeks to get it fixed and I was falsely told that paypal had received a refund that would be passed onto my account. It was solved eventually and the customer service people were mostly friendly, so all in all my experience was good.

On-line purchasing doesn't get any better than this. Not only was "Unbeatable Sale" the best price I could find, it was delivered faster than anticipated. The big retailers on-line could learn a thing or two from Unbeatable Sale!

Shipping took quite some time.  I was pleased to be able to return the item I was not pleased with for a new item, but the rules for receiving this new item were quite in depth. Overall a good experience.

My son wanted the astronaut Halloween costume. I ordered it one week before a Halloween party thinking it would never come in time,but it came in two days just like they said it would. The costume was great! My son loved.
