Great price and quick delivery

Universal Appliance was easy to us and the customer service was friendly and helpful. My item arrived in a timely manner and was in good condition. The price was great and in spite of the fact it cost me $120 to ship it to Pa from California I saved over $200.00 that I would have otherwise spent at Lowes for a special order. The Premier range is installed and is working well so far. Thanks.

Worst Service Ever!!!

This company is the worst EVER!!! It took over three weeks to get my dryer even though the place is less than 10 minutes from my home. When they did deliver they came late and delivered the wrong dryer. Every time I called I was transferred again and again to different people who told me something different every time. Only one person was semi-professional. The supervisor (Ramon) was extremely rude and even went as far as to tell my husband that he would change the delivery time because he didn't like the tone of voice my husband was using. This is all after my credit card had been charged for merchandise that I had not received.
When they finally did get my dryer in I still had to wait two additional days to have my dryer delivered. This company did nothing to compensate for their extremely poor service. Instead they continued to blame the manufacturer saying that they were given the wrong dryer. (shouldn't they have checked to make sure they were delivering the correct dryer before leaving the warehouse?) I would never trust this company again. The experience was horrible.

Ordered a GE wine chiller. I was promised that it would be in our drive way in 2 weeks. I had to call back to find out that the item was back ordered for 2 mos. This place sucks. Buy local and save outrageous shipping cost and headache. Don't buy from this place!

Product arrived when it was promised. The product was double packed for shipping. The shipping cost was 50% less than the competition. Although everyone wants a lower price this price was fair, it was in the lower half of those checked. The difference was those with a lower price charged double for shipping and could not produce the product. With a competitor the product was on back order for a month, I finally was able to get them to tell me they did not expect a new shipment. I then ordered the same product from Universal at $50 more for the product and $30 less for the shipping and the product arrived in excellent condition on the date it was promised.

We purchased all of our appliances for this place (Bosh fridge/dishwasher/oven/coffee machine and microwave). They are also the people that remodeled my kitchen. I am very happy with the service and witht the quality. Everything was done in a timely manner and the prices were very fair. When its time to change my washer and drier, I will only go to Unviersal Appliance and Kitchen Center.
