Very Good Price, Very Fast Service ordered on Sunday had it by Wednesday, Very Pleased with product was listed as "Like New" but it looked NEW NEW to me, will shop there again!!!

Do not use them. I purchased 2 books from them. Books where listed as new and it had highlights. Book stated International edition but exactly as the US edition it was not true, information is different. Contacted them via phone and email to no avail. Never got a call back, never got an email back. Attempted to contact the seller with same results, nothing.

Ended up contacting my credit card company and canceling the purchase.

Is it really that difficult to tell your computer when a book is no longer in stock? Lazy employees or lousy management -- either way, you've been worse than useless.

I have ordered repeatedly from Valore and have always gotten exactly what I ordered, in the expected condition, and promptly. Never had problems. Highly recommend them.

I don't recommend ValoreBooks.com.  I ordered a book through ValoreBooks because of the good ratings I read but I still haven't received the book even after paying for priority shipping.  I called customer service and the representatives there are unprofessional and put me on hold to answer a simple questions such as "what is your e-mail address?" Save yourself the headache and go with a different business. 

Great prices and excellent customer service. I purchased all of my college textbooks and saved over $100. I will continue to purchase my textbooks from this ValoreBooks.com

Valorebooks.com has a powerful search engine and it was very easy finding the books I needed. There is a good selection of sellers to choose from and there is sufficient space for each dealer to give a detailed account of the item's condition and optional shipping selections. The checkout and status tracking process was functional enough to be useful. At times, the website would hang and require a "Reload" of the webpage to continue. Especially when attempting to leave feedback for a seller.

From my buyer's perspective, this was a very easy transaction. I was fortunate to have purchased from a good seller who was very prompt with shipping. I ordered on Saturday and the product arrived via USPS Media Mail on Tuesday.

The only potential weakness is ValoreBooks.com customer service guarantee, in case a buyer is dissatisfied with his purchase. Essentially they would notify the seller of a buyer's complaint and that ends their liability and involvement. There is no monetary guarantee offered. The buyer is on their own to reach a final solution.

Sue was absolutely the best! She knew I needed my book ASAP, and she dropped everything to go down to the post office to get my book out that day! They are the BEST! I have never had such a smooth and exceptional experience. I got my book in 2 days without having to pay a fortune!

I ordered my book two weeks before my class started. Four days after purchasing my book ($100.00 Anatomy book), I received a busted open envelope with no book inside. My local post office stamped the package saying that It had been damaged when they received it. I've been calling and email valore books for about a week and a half about this issue and still I've heard nothing from the company. I start my class in two days and no I am going to have to order my book from school. Terrible service.

I am a first time user, and believe I will certainly use the site many more times the customer service was great, the follow up on the order was amazing and the prompt delivery was way more than I expected. I was a little doubtful because the price of the books were really low and I thought I might not receive the proper order. I was wrong I received the books in perfect condition and they even had the CD for practice use. I am doing my Masters in Nursing and I will certainly be needing more books, believe me when I tell you I will be a regular user of this site. The attention to my order was excellent, I have purchased from other sites throughout the years , but this site has been the greatest thus far. Have not receive my text book and have not heard from either the buyer or the seller about the bogus tracking number on the "shipped" item. Worst nightmare when it comes to ordering online.

Top shape item, great communication, no mistakes with the order and very fast delivery. You can't tell if the item is new or used.

My experience with Valore Books is the worst I have had !!! I ordered a specific book and was shipped the wrong book.. I requested a refund and got the run around for a month .. and finally no more communication... and of course no refund..
Sadly, I have gotten the shaft, for the first time, doing e-business...

I am overall satisfied with ValoreBooks.com Online Store. I ordered an International edition of Investment Strategies and Portfolio Analysis for my Finance class. The textbook arrived in about 2 weeks via USPS media mail. This was not a major issue for me as I was getting the book for the next semester anyway. However, If you need your text book urgently, I would advise to order it via priority mail. The condition of the book is as described by the seller. I would recommend the service.
