Am VERY disappointed with this company. I placed my order 5 days ago. The item has not shipped, I do not have a tracking number, and the customer "service" department will not return my phone calls. I don't understand how such a terrible company keeps a customer base.
I ORDERED VITS ON SAT. THEY DID NOT SHIP THEM OUT TILL THE FOLLOWING WED, AFTER I ASKED THEM TO SHIP ASAP.
I PAID $7.00 SHIPPING ON A $23 ORDER AND IT TOOK OVER 10 DAYS TO ARRIVE AT MY HOME.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
WHEN I COMPLAINED VIA E-MAIL, THEY SAID I NEEDED TO ADD AN EXTRA $10 FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING.
THEN OFFERED ME A "DISCOUNT" ON MY NEXT ORDER.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

You have to wait and wait and wait for your order to ship out!!!!!! Plus, I notice that to balance out the bad reviews someone, I wonder who, stuffed the reviews.

Have only used them once with success, having had bad experiences with two other overseas pharmacies. But my second order does not seem to have been processed now over a week since I placed it with no communication as to why my order has not been despatched or the reason for the delay.
