This place is a scam.
I ordered a camera.They called and said it was in stock.
When I refused to buy 'extras' they cancelled the order saying it was now out of stock.Sure.
Don't waste your time.I'd rather pay a few dollars more with a legitimate vendor.

Attempted to purchase a digital camera on this site. Five minutes later, I received a phone call from a sales rep. who insisted I needed to purchase accessories. When I told him no he asked if I wanted to upgrade my refurbished camera to a new one. Explained I did not buy a refurbished camera because it never stated that on the web site. He hung up on me.

Immediately called customer support number. I was told by customer support to "get off the ----ing phone". I told him to cancel the order.

Issued a complaint with the FTC.

One month after aborted purchase, someone attempted to charge $850 to my credit card. Same credit information I gave to WaWaDigital. I was a victim of credit identity theft.

Had to cancel my credit card, filed a report with my local police and issued another complaint with the FTC.

You don't want to go there!!!

Only problem I have had with on-line ordering in 15 years.

They happened to have a sale on the item I was looking for. Their delivery was excellent on the item. Didnt have to use their customer service.

Wawa Digital are a bunch of dishonest crooks. They represent their products as if they are new and factory sealed, only to attempt to goat you into paying more for non-refurb, factory sealed item when they get you on the phone. It does not say anything about being a refurb on the web site, so buyer beware. They will call you after you place your order and try to sell you all sorts of useless accessories, they will lie to you about the item to try to get you to buy the accessories and then they will spring on you that the item is a refurb, not a new item.
An absolute scam, STAY AWAY! The prices appear to be great at first glance but when you find out what your getting, you'll realize it's no deal at all.

This is the WORST Internet company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They advertised a low price on a Casio Z40 camera I was interested in. Then, when I called to confirm the order, they attempted to sell me a battery for which I had no use. When I wouldn't purchase any "extra accessories" for my camera, the salesman told me that the camera was unavailable for the next 3 weeks. I told him I wanted to cancel my order, he said, "Fine" and hung up on me. When I called back to find out if my order had been canceled since the rude salesman hung up on me, I got the same person on the phone. He told me that the camera was not available and that the order had been canceled. I told him I wished to speak to his supervisor. This is when he told me he was one of the owners!!! So if the owners are treating their customers without any regard for professional courtesy, you can imagine that the attitude permeates throughout the company. I strongly recommend that you have absolutely NO DEALINGS with this awful company.

When I called to confirm order, got a sales pitch about a battery they wanted to sell me. When I told him that I'd shop around for anything else I needed, the salesman got rude and condescending to me. When I told him I didn't appreciate his tone and asked if we were finished, he told me he was cancelling my order and to buy the camera from someone else. When I asked for the manager, he told me he was the manager, that I had lucked into getting the manager, and that he wasn't going to do business with someone who got an attitude with him (which was pretty funny since he started it).

This is my 3rd or 4th purchase. The merchandise has been shipped promptly and of good quality. I would purchase again from this vendor.

I do not recommend WAWA Digital Online. Yesterday I placed a telephone order with them for a Kodak digital camera. I asked them why there was one bad review online and they said that in order to avoid backorder delays, it's good that I phoned in the order. Because of the previous bad review, I decided to phone in and check on my order today. The first person I spoke with chewed gum in my ear and said that the camera sold out 1/2 hour after I ordered mine and there was a 3-4 week wait. I called later and spoke with the owner. This time I was told that the camera is discontinued and they had canceled my order. I asked for a cancellation number and he gave me one before I gave him my name or order # - how can he do that? I think it was a big song and dance, and the owner spoke in circles. Now I'm checking with my credit card company and it's a big waste of time. Personally, I think that you only get service if you pay for their overpriced accessories. Buy your equipment elsewhere.

I really wish I would have read some of these reviews before attempting to purchase a camera from this store. They had the lowest price advertised for the camera I wanted, a Nikon coolpix 4600, but it was obviously too good to be true. I thought it was a little strange that I had to call them to confirm my order, and I learned why. The guy that called me back was the rudest, pushiest salesman I have ever encountered (I buy online to get away from that kind of thing) and proceeded to try to sell me an overpriced memory card that I didn't want. After I kept saying no, he asked me my age and told me I was too young to know a good deal and hung up. I assumed I was still going to get the camera, but after a week and a half I called back and was told the camera was not in stock (although on the website it was listed in stock) and asked me if I wanted to cancel the order, which I did. I do not believe they ever intended to ship me the camera. STAY AWAY FROM WAWA DIGITAL!!!

It would appear that I have been given the same treatment as everyone else here. I ordered the Canon S2 IS online, received an order confirmation by email a few moments later, and then about an hour after that received the confirmation call. The salesperson first said I had picked the same camera he was using and then proceeded to try to sell me memory and other accessories. I said no, he became irate and said that the camera I was buying was "refurbished" and came with no accessories and would be scratched, but he would gladly sell me a new camera for $100 more!!! I then told the salesperson I did not order a refurbished camera and he cancelled the order!!

I filed a complaint with the BBB online. Everyone that has written a bad review here should do the same. I certainly hope they can stop these people for everyones sake.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. After declining to go through with my order (b/c they said it wouldn't be here for a week and I chose next day shipping) the customer service agent started yelling curse words at me. I have never been treated so poorly. Now they have my credit card number. They want to charge a 20% cancellation fee. Is that even possible???

They would not complete my transaction on-line. They make you call them. Then they said that I needed custom AA batteries for the Nikon camera because standard AA batteries would leak and ruin the camera. When I refused to buy the batteries the person said my order was canceled and hung up.

Watch out for a salesman named "James". WORST experience ever. CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH!! After placing an order for a digital camera, I received a call the next day "regarding [my] order". At first he was courteous...He tried selling me accessories more expensive than the camera. When I politely refused, he SCREAMED at me saying "YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED!" and then hung up on me before I could say anything. Don't believe the "positive" reviews.

This transaction was flawless. I ordered a camera on Wed. and paid for the second day air. Received 100% of my order on Friday without a hitch. I've previously used other, slightly less expensive on-line sources for the same item, and was annoyed at the fact that I had to phone them to complete the order. wawa digital provided service the way it should be done. I'll use them again.

Boy do I feel dumb! I thought I was buying an Olympus Stylus 410 camera for a low price of $173.84 including shipping. What I got was a message to call to confirm order. When I did I was "upsold" to a 5 hour battery (for the price of a 2 hour battery ha ha) and an offer to buy a warranty at a low low rate. Turned down the warranty, bought the battery and my final price (including MANDATORY insurance was now $275.00. Then I (not before) I went to Epinions for a review. I also shopped the battery and found much better prices. I immediately called "Sam" to cancel the battery. I was told I could not cancel the battery. So I cancelled the entire order and was told there would be a 20% restocking fee. I told them I would not be paying any such fee and would be reporting them to the proper authorities. They said they would cancel my order and hung up. Bottom line? If it sounds too good to be true it is and do your homework BEFORE you buy not after.
