Fantastic company to buy from! I purchased a very top of the line and expensive water slide and saved HUNDREDS of dollars off on the sale price as well as the shipping! Customer service was fantastic, even after I received the slide (just 2 days after I placed my order!) I had a few questions about installation and the customer service department was friendly and found the answers to my questions fast! I have since bought other pool products from Water Warehouse through their website and on eBay and have had nothing short of excellent service and products. I recommend Water Warehouse very highly and they will continue to receive my business in the future. One of the best out there!

I needed lots of different products (toys, chemicals, parts, etc). The web site was easy to use. They had everything in stock and it shipped the same day. It all arrived two days later, well packed. Very satisfied with the whole process.

I purchased pool paint in May 2009. I placed the order on Saturday and had it delivered on Tuesday. I obviously ordered a little bit extra; who wants to get stuck with a wall left to paint? I wasn't aware of it when I ordered, but they do offer a very generous return policy. I packed up and shipped back the cans I had, and only a few days later my bank account had been credited the full amount. Prices are great even without considering that they offer overnight shipping at no extra charge. The only thing that could be improved is an email confirming order shipping and receipt of returned items, but that's no big deal.
