It was OK after I got past the confusion they created at first. I would recommend that they don't start right out telling the clients that a product is not in inventory. It was highly unaccetable . The phone sent was a used one. A guarantee was asked that the replaced phone shall be new. Nobody in the company was willing to give the guarantee. The service was worst ever becoz it made me go through differnt channels but with no results. Even the executives were contacted but all they did as give false promises.Once they said they would email the gurantee and the other executive said that the manager wold contact me withingt eh next 46 hrs. Niether of these happens. The compnay and their satisfaction gurantee in all is a sham. Read more
