Got my Treo before you got yours!

I ordered a Treo 650 for Sprint from Wirefly. It was pretty easy and I did not have to wait in line at a Sprint store. I ordered the device from Wirefly before I could get it in Dallas. It showed up activated the next day. The only thing that I did not like was the acessory selection. I prefered what I see on TreoCentral. That is the best place for buying treo accessories.

Great product, I ordered a service plan with my options available, not limited to stock wireless companies plans. Phones sent immediately, and everything was in perfect working order. I would recommend this service to anyone, better prices, no hassle ordering and quick service.

Awful- Scam Artists

This is a awful company ! They scam their way out of paying rebates that are due to their customers. They owe me $200 and refuse to pay me although I followed all instructions on the rebates to the T !! There is a article on msnbsc.com about how bad they are and people are getting together a class action lawsuit against them.

I ordered 2 MOTO RAZR phones from wirefly. After 5-6 phone calls I came to know fedex lost the package. I cancelled my order because I did not get the phone. After 50 days, 20 phone calls, 7 emails I still have not got my money back. Everytime I call them they say 5-7 days and never bother doing anything after keeping the phone down. I have given hope for the 540$ I have lost on wirefly. I dont have the time and money to hire a lawyer and go after these cheats. These people should be behind bars for fraud.

I regret using Wirefly to purchase new service and phones with Verizon Wireless.
Why?
First, they messed up on the address and we did not receive a bill from Verizon. Yes, you can check your account with your phone - When it works!
Second, they sent a cheap bluetooth headset for "free", that was less than the suggested retail value - so we had to purchase bluetooth headsets that were of quality.
Third - the rebate. Why would a reputable company want to require a difficult rebate for such a narrow window so far down the road? You know the answer, and have been fairly warned. Feel free to ignore my advise, but now you can't claim ignorance...

Cheaters-Not delivered all items from order after 4 months

CHEATERS...CHEATERS...
I have ordered a family plan with motorola v330 phones and as per the invoice the shipment should include the Car Charger, Blue tooth handset and phones.

In first shipment only phone arrived and no mention of remaining items and after 5-6 emails blue tooth hand set delivered and afte 4 months still waiting for car charger. I don't know how to proceed with them to get the car chargers.

Very bad experience with these people.

Placed order on 11/14 and still haven't received phones. Wirefly says they are waiting on carrier approval...just don't believe them--its been four days. Should have gone direct to Cingular!!

UPDATE:

Cancelled order at Wirefly because I kept getting the run around. They kept insisting that I wait just 24 hours longer...but I really needed the phone. I know some people got their orders fast, but I think its risky. Bottom line: If you are in a hurry--don't take a chance on Wirefly!

Bought 2 motorola razrs with cingular family plan. Here were the problems:
1. One phone was broken - didn't even turn on. They sent me the replacement quickly enough but have charged me for it ($180). Now I need to work with them to take the charge off.
2. The accessories - car charger, 2 bluetooth headsets haven't arrived yet though the order tracking indicated that atleast one item had been delivered! Still trying to get them - has been almost a month since I made the purchase.
3. Neither did the number transfer happen correctly, nor was my cingular plan setup properly. They forgot to convey one number. Had to work with cingular to fix the problem.
4. Customer service - what can I say. I have been able to get them most of the times (though, once it took 30 mins), but they seem quite dissociated from the transaction itself. They sound only like messengers.
If I am able to get my mail-in rebate my opinion might improve but things are looking quite bleak.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - FAULTY PHONE, NO HELP.

This is the crappiest vendor of all time. Awful online buying experience. I received a faulty phone - can't make outbound calls and Wirefly will not exchange the phone without rebate paperwork (which of course I mailed in and no longer have). I've had the phone less than one month! I sat on hold for 30 minutes and the CSR refused to let me talk to a supervisor. I've always had good luck with online dealers, but Wirefly has NO service whatsoever.

If You buy things from this company, you are buring your money.

I bought a T-mobile cell from this wirefly and regretted so much.

I never get the two rebates worthy $170 back, wirefly deliberately denies pay it back.
The customer services really suck. Even when I had notified it of the mistake, it took nothing to prevent and my order was delayed for over 1 week. I have to contact carrier to fix the problem myself.

Nobody replies your email, you have to make tons of phone calls and just to anger yourself.

NEVER trust this company. It makes false AD and brazenly denies it.

I should have read all the customer rating in advance.

NEVER BUY FROM WireFly.com. I ordered on a Monday Night, purchased 2nd Day Air. Phone was activated Tuesday Morning. Never shipped. Called into Customer Service and they hung up on me twice, made promises and never delivered. I called to cancel and they made me call T-Mobile and Cancel my Account with them.

We bought four cell phones( 2 in Florida for my sister and 2 in New Jersey for myself) from them and our total rebates came out to be 900 dollars and its been a year and we have not got our rebates. Its a hassle to work with them. They are terrible at getting back to us so do not shop there because it is a gimmick. Its your choice don't fall for their rebates they will lie to you.

Do not buy from Wirefly, they should be shut down by the better business bureau! Purchased two phones from them the middle of last year, never received the two free bluetooth headsets despite numerous calls, emails, etc. Had to wait 180 days to turn in paperwork for rebates, completed paperwork, dotted the i and crossed the t, sent copies and everything else, mailed it return receipt requested, etc. Received email saying they received rebate requests and would take 8-10 weeks to receive. Received another email June 9,2006 saying rebate was approved and they would email when checks were mailed and it is now August and still no checks.

DO NOT USE WIREFLY!!!  Customer service is terrible!  They sold me the wrong accessories to my new phone.  It was out of the 30 days satisfaction guarantee before I discovered that neither the memory card or car charger that they sold me...telling me both were correct for the phone I ordered from them...would work with my phone.  They don't fit the phone at all!  They will do nothing to make this right.  In my opionion this is terrible customer service.  Their unwillingness to fix their mistake ($20) will assure that I NEVER shop with them again.

Also...I was "disconnected" from my online customer service chat session due to network difficulties.  I can no longer talk to a person on the phone.  And my attempts to send an email about the situation both came back as "network difficulty"...and couldn't be delivered.  Right...

Free shipping was listed for each phone, but isn't applied when ordering more than 1 phone; this wasn't disclosed prior to ordering. Otherwise, the web site is easy to use, the items arrived quickly & in excellent condition, and their pricing can't be beat.

Wirefly has cheap prices on phones and most times you can get around a service providers "must have data plan" or other requirement. However I would only recommend Wirefly for a very simple, straight forward transaction. If there is any problem with your transaction you are going to have a tough time figuring out what the problem is and how you solve the problem for them.

i would not recommend them, they did not ship when promised, then messed up my cell phone account with my carrier. then took almost 3 weeks to credit my credit card the money after the shipment was refused.
