This a real lousey outfit these people do not listen and of course they are in THE PHILLIPINES you have to tell them the same information several times and still they get it wrong. BRING THE JOBS BACK TO AMERICA. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.I spent about ten minutes telling this guy ERIC the same thing over and over and he still was not listening, finally I HAD TO SHOUT AT HIM TO GET HIM TO LISTEN

I'm very satisfy with wirefly. I got two LG touch screen from them. Then I noticed that they have a bettry problems. I talked with them and they aggreed to replace them with two Samsung phones even after the one month satisfaction grunttee has expired.

Wirefly's website lies, purposefully tricking customers into ordering phones for every line on a plan when upgrading, for what seems to be a great deal, but then turns out to be scam. They will ultimately only let you get two phones, which often isn't even a decent deal. We had to deal with this issue, and their customer service was unapolagetic and deceitful. This is the response you will get if you try to order more than two phones:

"Upon reviewing your order we have found that your lines of service (XXX-XXX-XXXX & XXX-XXX-XXXX) are ineligible for an upgrade through Wirefly due to these lines of service being add-on lines.  Our contract with carriers does not allow Wirefly to process upgrades for add-on lines.  We regret any inconvenience this may cause and hope this addresses your issue, but feel free to reply to this email if we may be of further assistance."

They do not have any restrictions from carriers (I called T-Mo and asked about this), they are simply lying. For upgrades, it is safer (and less stressful) to go directly through the carrier.

Where to start... first I purchased a two for one deal and they told me two days later that they could not do the deal because of the plan I choose.  But they have already sent out one of the phones.  Fine.  Phone arrives and the documents say wait a few hours for activation. (activation is based on delivery of goods) Waited 15 hours and contacted them.  They said it takes 24 hours to activate the phone. Fine.  36 hours later the phone is still not activated and they say it will take another 12 hours.  I ask to speak to a supervisor and they say a supervisor will get back to me in 8 hours!  ARGH

Purchased 3 phones within a two month span.  All promised rebates, I submitted all forms as requested. NEVER received not even one rebate.  NO GOOD....

They are the most dishonest I/net service. I tried to renew my At&t contract thru them, They charged me and sent  bill to AT&T as well. But later they notified me that they can not give me the second number, so I went ahead and cancelled the whole thing. They did not cancel the bill and never did not notify AT&T. So both kept their bills.
I have been fighting with AT&T to cancel the bill. Now I was notified that I have been charged early termination fee.

I love WireFly I also love being told that I would have my phone in 3 business days and got it in 4 business weeks. Then the part that makes me even happier was each time I clicked track your rebate I got the being processed page until I checked last week and got a screen telling me that WIRELFY/Inphonic has filed for chapter 11 and I will need to contact their Attys to try to get payment.

OK guys you had your fun and I'm running out of KY Jelly so please send me the rebate money you owe me now. Since you did not live up to your part of the deal I will focus my anger toward Sprint for letting incompetent clowns like you screw a long time customer.

BTW you charged my account 2 days before declaring bankruptcy. Like you couldn't tell your people not to take any more orders once you knew your intentions? Ops wait one I see smoke coming out of my undies. Seems like it happens every time you people screw someone.

I spent 3 hours on a chat with their customer support on Saturday with an agent and a supervisor to get then to do a swap on a phone with in the 30 day trial period. They forced me to send back the old phone FEDEX overnight and then said I would not get the new phone for over a week. I had already been with out a phone for two weeks of the trial period. Their customer service agents are in India and are not will to help a customer all they can do is spout company policy. In this age when customer service is going to hell here is another example of a company that will be out of business soon because they do not support thier customers after the sale is over.

I had my phone a day earlier than expected, it was exactly what I had ordered and the customer service was fabulous they kept you updated every step on their web site and email. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely the BEST! In fact,I found you to be MORE helpful, professional, and expedient than the stores that I walk in here in me city.

Wirefly/Inphonics will not honor your rebate even after meeting all their requirements. Do not trust the good reviews here - note that none reference the rebate scam. Google the net and find out the about the many complaints against these scamsters. If you still buy, be prepared to become familiar with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) complaint process - it is online and your State Attorney General complaint process which is probably online also. Check MSNBC.com, CNN, etc.
Then decide if you want to deal with these crooks.

AWFUL COMPANY. DISHONEST. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR REBATE. I REPEAT, YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR REBATE. THE BBB WON'T HAVE ANY LUCK AS WELL, AS I CAN ATTEST TO. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. ANY COMPANY WHERE CONTACTING THEM TO SPEAK WITH ANY AGENT BECOMES A SEARCH FOR THE HOLY GRAIL, IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE USED CAR SALESMEN. HOPEFULLY, THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON. THE BBB INDICATED TO ME THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ON THEM. BEWARE.

Delivery of Phones--on time.
Accuracy of Order--terrible. One phone didn't even work without calling it long distance within the same area code. First bluetooth headset came late. Second one came only after calling three times.
Rebates--forget it.

I was promised $250.00 in rebates for two phones. The phones arrived very quickly, but the rebates never did. Their customer service is unhelpful and the company makes it difficult to contact them. I was given no email addresses or phone numbers when I received my rebate denial letters. The rebates were denied on absolutely false premises and after letters, emails, phonecalls and working with the BBB, I still haven't received the rebates.

Wirefly offered the best T-Mobile Shared plan I could find. Two free Motorola RAZR's, and 1000 minutes convinced me to purchase. Once I did the process was way beyond my expectations. Everything was clearly explained via email. The phones were delivered is two days and shipping was free. The order included porting two phone numbers from my previous service which was handled without error and on schedule. I'm impressed that in less than a week I place the online order and am up and running on a new service with new phones, all while maintaining my same phone number!
