Buyer beware about rebates!!! They never come and it's nothing but foot dragging by their rebate company!!! Never buy here with the promise of a rebate. Ok if you just want the product.

Very long story short--after complying with all rebate requirements, they still owe me $250 in rebates---6 months after their rebate form said they would mail my check. Sure it's a good deal---if you get the rebate. Google wirefly complaints--you'll see---they just don't do what they say they will. I'll never do business with them again---you'll be sorry if you do. Don't be suckered in by their promises---they do not keep them.

Your order confirmation emails and tracking emails go to spam.....consider changing the subject line.

I was told that order will be processes on Monday and I should get the phone by Wed.
But I got the phone on next Monday.

Very happy with phone, speed of order and service. Not happy about another offer coming out with free bluetooth headset.

Previously bought two phones on eBay. None of them could be activated. Bought this one at Wirefly. What a difference. Delivery was fast. Phone already came activated. Wonderful experience. Forget that risky eBay stuff!

I appreciate what wirefly.com did for me. One of the questions asked in the survey was would I recommend wirefly to others. Yes I would and I did. I recomended it to carolcorp1@yahoo.com and I will speak to others as the subject comes up. The speed of delivery was fabulous. most companies ask you to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery, but my delivery was here in 2-3 days. That is truly on the ball. I recieved exactly what I ordered, and I'm overall very happy with my wirefly experience. Thanks again, James Mazzara

what should I do? Walk/drive to my nearest Verizon store, in whatever New England weather is treating us to; hope that a carbon-based life form is there; take a chance they have what I want; or.... Visit a reputable on-line store and get what I want; all while in my PJ's, (at least)

They will not pay your rebate. I did all paper work (very extensive), waited the 6 months to submit it, was eventually told I was approved, but never received the check. When I call the phone number they give you for the rebate (a different company), they say check back every few weeks as if they have no control over when (or if) you will get a rebate. That was 6 months ago. Still have not received a check.

It started with an order and cancellation before shipping. I ordered phones on a Tuesday night, and cancelled them on Wednesday morning because I change my mind regarding the phones I wanted. The process seem to be working, with a easy online process to cancel. However, it was not followed through, and I would receive a bill notice from AT&T for the increase due to an order I cancelled. I contacted the company four times via instant chat, a process which takes 15-20 minutes as you will find your self waiting. Each time say it is being taken care of, to date a week later still waiting for AT&T to catch up.

I have call AT&T regarding the matter but they say I need to wait for Wirefly to remove. Wirefly says they have informed AT&T. So back and forth I go. Wirefly is ok company as long as nothing goes off the normal path. Prices are great, but prepared to spend some time if anything goes wrong.

I ordered 2 RAZRs from Wirefly last Friday evening. I was confused by the activation fee for the shared plan so I called thier 800 number and spoke so a sale rep that help me understand all Cingular's charges which was very helpful

I got the phones on Monday ready to use and my daughter loves the gift I got her for her early xmas present.

The order process was very intuitive, straightforward. The selection was plentiful and the site was laid out nicely. Our order shipped promptly and our phones reached us less than one week. We are very pleased.

What a PAIN in the BUTT. I got my phone on 07/24. It's now 08/02 and it's still not activated even though I was told on 07/29 that it would be activated in 24 hours. I called Verizon but they told me that since I bought it through Wirefly that they could not help me either!!!!! YES, I'M REALLY TICKED OFF!@!!!!

Do NOT shop at Wirefly.com/Inphonic - they will absolutely NOT honor the mail-in rebates. Google "Wirefly Scam" and you'll see that it's absolutely rampant. They make a fortune by charging huge fees for the phones and offering phony rebates.

I would give my experience with Wirefly.com 5 stars. After seeing the advertisement and thought the price was too good to be true I decided to call anyway. The representative was very customer service friendly and I appreciated that. She informed me on things I needed to know and was very explanatory on the whole process of my order from beginning to end. Everything she indicated would take place with my order happened as she explained. I ordered my phone on Tuesday and received it on Thursday two days later, the week of Christmas. I had a wonderful experience shopping from Wirefly.com. I also like the fact that Wirefly.com is very communicative (emails).

TERRIBLE - worst experience. They are a bunch of scam artists...don;t think for a second you will get your rebate back!!!!
