They sent me an email stating that my phone number was not available in my home state and that I needed to contact them. When I logged into their site, it said to call them at the listed number. After 4 times of getting dumped from the line, I finally got through - to a message that told me to go online to get the service that I needed. I went in through their chat which took 1.5 hours where they argued that Boston is not in Massachusetts, (they are in India)etc. and then that they could not ship to my work address because they couldn't verify that it was me (after everything). After some more discussion and being told there would be a 10 day delay to send to a PO Box (the only secure alternative) they told me that the price would be double. I cancelled the order at that point.I will NEVER do business with these people again and heard from a friend that he had an even worse experience involving them giving him a rebate that was then invalid because they reorganized under a "new owner" and were no longer obligated to the contract. Doing business with these people would be a stupid mistake.

I was pleasantly surprised. The ppurchase was quick and easy and my merchandisse arrived on time. The only thing that I would improve is that the staff speak better English. I had a hard time understanding them. Other than that I am very happy and will refer people to use this site.
