Excellent service, options, and quick delivery of my new wireless cell phones. They worked with Cingular seamlessly, and in a matter of four days, I had three new phones, with rebates, a new carrier and plan, and I was off and running. Customer support was very helpful (although outsources [I hate that]).

I see some folks griping about rebates, but jut got mine, with no issue at all. I think the key is to fill out the forms perfectly which I did, and the checks came to me without a hitch. My order arrived one day late but otherwise I really had a very easy and positive experience so I thought I would share that.

Overall satisfaction: -10 or lower if possible. Customer service was fine, if you don't mind them lying to you about rebates and having absolutely no way to call, write, email, fax, send smoke signals etc to complain.

WIREFLY.com had to have been the worst shopping for a phone experience EVER!! I purchased a phone online; it took the normal shipping time... three days, if that. When I got the phone it turned out that the phone's ESN was authorized by someone else and I could not activate it with my carrier and that the only way to resolve was to ship back to WIREFLY's distribution in MD, which took yet another day or two. When I spoke to one of their Customer Support they told me not to worry, the new phone will be sent activated and will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the "defective" phone. To make a long story short, I don’t think they took immediate action to satisfy my service with shipping the new phone the very next day, as promised! It has been more than 24 hours and I have not received any phone!!! WTF?! My overall satisfacation is out the window!! SO for those of you who are looking to buy a phone DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR, DO NOT BUY WITH WIREFLY!!!

I completed my commitment with AT&T and wanted a new phone. I had a family plan with 3 lines. AT&T suggested an online retailer so I went to Wirefly where they promised 2 free phones. I placed my order and they confirmed the order via email that 2 free phones would ship. A day later I was notified via email to contact their order service. I was told that I could not receive the second phone for free since I wanted it for the third line on my familoy plan. I confimed with AT&T that all 3 lines were eligible for upgrade, called Wirefly and told them the information from AT&T and they told me that if I wanted the second "FREE" phone I would need to pay $145.00. Criminal and fradulent would be the best reference I could give them.

Since this incident, I ordered through letstalk.com. I received 2 free LG Xenon phones with free shipping and no issues. Makes you wonder about Firefly

I opted for the free blackberry that required a contract extension.  Everything was going well until i never received the phone.  After days of waiting and several phone calls, i was told that I was not eligible for frivolous reasons and would only receive the phone for $149.99

Outstanding in all areas. Service, shipping, communication, and price. I was extremely satisfied. Best company I have dealt with in years!

Smooth as butter so far - ordered a Free RAZR V3 on Friday, and according to FedEX it is on the truck for delivery today. No rebates or anything... Will update as the process progresses.

Update - Delivered 2 hours prior to FedEx expected delivery time... All seems fine... Bluetooth headset also delivered.

They sell you insurance with the understanding that you get a new phone each time.   Well wrong you have to send in your phone to get fixed with leaving you with no phone.   Don't fall into the scam by the insurance from the cell phone company.   Very unsatisfied customer.

Possible SCAM! Ordered 2 phones, 1 free and 1 for $120, with 7.95 for shipping. Later they sent email requesting call back regarding order. Now they wanted 149$ more for 120$ phone they charged my credit card for. Wont cancel order, and wont send phone. Mailed out free phone but still charged credit card for phone not shipped. Wont resolve issue over phone and keep disconnecting the call, even when ATT called them. They said ATT told them 2nd phone line not eligible for upgrade, even though ATT confirmed it is. BEWARE if price is too good to be true...there is something wrong. 4 hours worth of phone calls and still no resolution. I will file with BBB.

TOTAL SCAM! Avoid if at all possible. You will never receive the rebates. I had to call Cingular and threaten with a class action lawsuit in order to receive a credit from Cingular.

You will be burned by this company if you buy anything from them.

Absolutely horrible. I was promised $100 Amex giftcard per phone purchases. Was told it would be to me in time to pay the 1st month's bill. What a JOKE!!!. I've made more than 50 contact attempts. They're excuses apparently are just copy/paste... or tape recorder. They are some shady business people or I should say THIEVES. They have been hauled into court by the FTC and that didn't even straighten them out. Now they have filed BANKRUPTCY.

They set up a plan, then changed the order for no reason and told us to pay $178 instead of the $18 they originally told us.  This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had, period.  Run away from these people, quick.  They have no idea what they are doing, and when they think they have you locked in, they change the rules and try to make you pay more than originally agreed to.  

We spent 7 hours on the phone with these people working out details.  Then after they told us it was done, and we would receive the phone in 3 days, they sent an email requesting I call them.  During that call they announced they needed me to pay $160 with a credit card to complete the order.  The original order was to be $18, which would be billed on our first bill. 

Stay away, these guys are either incredibly incompetent, or cheats.  Not sure which one is accurate.

I ordered a Motorazr2 phone through Wirefly, as TMobile had recently ceased carrying the phone. I had my phone delivered within a day. And so far, it's a great phone.

However, if you plan on using Wirefly, be SURE to check and double check your order. Something seemed a bit fishy with the total charges to be billed to me by TMobile, so I contacted TMo for assistance. Seems as though Wirefly tried to add on unlimited web and text messaging for an additional $20 a month...something that I definately did not need or want. They also tried to have TMo charge me a $36 activiation fee, which TMo does not charge customers that are doing an upgrade. TMo was kind enough to delete all of these charges for me. Don't know if I'd use Wirefly again due to these sneaky practices, but I'm glad I was able to get the phone I wanted.
