I am an Indian. I had bought a phone from wirefly when customer service was done in the US. It was a great experience. Now the customer service is outsourced to India. This time it is the worst possible customer service experience ever!!!!!

You will never receive the rebates. Even if you fulfill the ridiculous 5 month wait before sending it in, they will put up roadblock after roadblock to keep you from getting them. You are much better off going to the local shop at your mall or ordering from the cell phone company directly than by using wirefly.

I tried to upgrade my service with Verizon and take advantage of a "free" phone upgrade promotion WireFly was offering for an LG Env3. One week later after placing my order online, they informed me that the phone would now be $99 because they were not currently offering the promotion I signed up for. Every day from the time I placed my order until I finally cancelled such, I would receive an email from them indicating I needed to call them for a host of reasons, and when contacted, they would try to sell me a warranty or some other add on, whcih I always refused. The experience was a total waste of my time.

Wirefly was perhaps the worst shopping experience I have ever had the misfortune of enduring. Not only did their customer service have no clue about the products they offered, they could'nt speak or understand english. Here is the kicker, the best part of the entire ordeal: they double billed me. Yes, that's correct, they billed me for two nextel i870 phones and decided they shipped both of them, so no refund. I returned the one I actually did recieve, hoping to end my business with them, but Wirefly only refunded one of the purchases. So here I am, three hundred dollars down the chute and not a thing to show for it. Go anywhere else.
Good prices but they tied their rebate into some weird 180-day waiting period window with a 30-day window within that. They moved their headquarters and the contact number was an answer machine for 6 months, not kidding here. They magically came online after the 6 mo. period and I found out that I mailed the rebate 14 days too early and lost the $100 rebate. Thats 100X however many people they sucked into their web, nice profit!
The belt case sold with my phone was the wrong case and didn't fit. I was on hold for 20 minutes, and the Customer Service Rep while nice, had such a strong accent she was hard to understand. I did receive the right case after reordering with her, but I am still waiting for my refund on the old case I sent back a week ago. It would be nice if Customer Service Reps were easier to understand. I hope I didn't write the RA# down wrong b/c I didn't understand the rep. Maybe I'll get my refund in another few days. Phones and SD card and adapter were great and work no problems. New belt case fits wonderfully. Read more

First of all, I tried to cancel on the computer put I had to call the 866 number, but the gentlemen I spoke with was very nice and helpful. He stated that I qualified for one phone, but I have to go in the store to purchase. Why can't I just cancel my order and order 1 phone that I qualify for and pay the fee that way. That is the reason I ordered on line due to my business schedule so I could just receive by mail and be done with it. I did not fail for trying though, but other than this minor set back wirefly is okay. Read more

Wirefly process is very wrong.Call center people tell something and other depertment people tell some thing.
