did not receive a complete order. Motorla razr carrying case was not received according to back order. I was informed by insert that it would follow in 7 to 10 business days.....order was submitted online on 2-10-2008. Today is 2-24-2008 and I still have not heard of the status of my order. All I know is that it's still processing according to the original email sent to me.

The guy from India had a hard time understanding my order number. I had to give it to him 3 times and he told me that it wasn't valid. Then I told him I got an email. He then told me everything was ok and not to worry. Not sure if he ever found my account or not.

I changed my mind after the purchase, called Wirefly and was told that my order had been shipped so I should refuse it when it arrives. I purchased a phone and charger. The phone came and I refused it. I never got the charger.
I received an email from Wirefly telling me I would be refunded the amount for the phone, with no mention of the charger. I replied on 2/22 asking about the refund for the charger. It is 2/26 and there has been no reply. I tried to get on the website to check on my order and the website won't open. I tried getting to the website through a few different links and that didn't work either.
The one positive thing I can say is that I did receive the amount they promised to refund back to my credit card in a timely manner. I'm just waiting for the rest of it and hope I can actually contact the company again.
