I have used wirefly.com twice. The customer service was helpful. The devices I have ordered from them each arrived packaged carefully, in good shape, and within 3 days of my order. The phones were very easy to set up. The billing was accurate. AND...amazingly, the rebates were sent promptly! The online deals there are so much better than I was able to get with verizon. I even printed out the deal and took it into a Verizon store manager. They told me to buy from wirefly.com, but didn't like it that other customers saw the deal that I was getting.

My advice...go ahead and go to the storefront if you want to brag about how much more you paid than me. Otherwise, checkout wirefly.com. You won't be disappointed. I won't be going back to a storefront unless I go for a promo, but even then, I'll check out wirefly.com because chances are they will beat the promo.
