I recommend shopping at Wirefly to the fullest. They have great prices. Fast delivery. They sayd it will arrive in 2 days and I got it exactly on 2 days. I already tell all my friends to shop there. And with out a doubt i will purchase from WireFly.com again and nowhere else

Excellent experience at Wirefly!

Excellent experience in purchasing two cell phones at Wirefly. The only negative was the "accent" of the customer service representative, who was very hard to understand on the telephone.

The shipment was very fast and accurate. I have already sent them another customer and will remember them for my next purchase.

HORRIFIED!!! My phone number was in limbo for 5 days!

After my order, I was HORRIFIED to find that while my new phone was being shipped, my phone number had been ported immediately. That means that for 5 days, I was without a phone. It was COMPLETELY unacceptable. Their phone based customer service (when I finally found it) was useless, and geared for European customers (there were recordings in French?!?!?). I finally got an email back from support, and there was some lame excuse about historical data. I asked for my shipment to be expedited, and was ignored. I would stay away, and pay the extra money for a handset.

Horrible experience.  Run from these people, don't trust them.  Answered a 24 hour phone upgrade for present ATT customers for 2 free phones.  My phones were up for upgrade.  They tried to change my plan around, make me pay for this and that.  I gave them thier promo code and they at first "could not find it".  Then they did the song and dance routine.  Run away as fast as you can!  Thank God ATT was there to protect my plan.

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever!

My experience with Wirefly was one of my worst shopping experiences ever from trouble activating the phone because Wirefly could not seem to push the order through properly.  We were promised fee activation that was then not honored by Wifefly.  The representatives were not very helpful, and there was a serious communication barrier which did not make the situation any better.

Great to order from - Don't bother with a rebate you'll never receive.

Wirefly.com had a great deal on cell phones. Unfortunately, these deals are subject to a very shady mail-in-rebate practice.

Read carefully, as you are not allowed to even file the rebate until 180-210 days after your purchase. That means you only have a 30-day window to mail it in.

Once received, your rebate is *automatically* rejected. They figure that of the people who actually remember to send in the rebate, some portion of them won't have kept copies or won't bother to resubmit.

Once you do resubmit, your rebate is in limbo. Checking their website (the company is InPhonics.com) tells you one rebate is rejected, and another received and under review. You will receive no communication after that point.

If you perform a Google search on InPhonic mail in rebate, you'll find a number of MSNBC, USAToday, and CNN articles detail all the troubles with both Wirefly and InPhonics.

Avoid them.

Worst buying experience EVER. Wirefly Sucks

I ordered 2 RZR phones the last week of January. Never received the phones. ?!?! What happened. They decided they needed more time with my account. I already had an acct with Cingular (who was to provide the service- Cingular had no record of an acct. in my name) Then they asked for 250.00 for a retainer? Huh. Believe me I canceled the order and demanded my money back. I was told it could take up to 6 weeks. Huh are you kidding me. It took them 15 seconds to debit my account. Well it's almost May now. Their customer service wanted my banks fax# along with- Get this- My acct #?!? to release the funds. I checked the bank. No record of a deposit or refund from these clowns. Born yesterday- maybe not. The folks already have my acct info.( that scares me ) Buyer beware and DO NOT do business with these clowns.

They Refused My Rebate!

Phones arrived on time and as ordered. Got screwed on the rebate. Have to submit rebate after 6 month bill but within 210 days. They rejected my $170 clam saying it was postmarked 1 day late. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Don't Buy from These guys. I recieved my phones late, My wifes phone would not activate so I had to spend an Hour on the phone with verizon to get the problem fixed, and there rebates are a scam. If you don't belive me try looking up there report on the Better Business Bureau. They cheated me out of $100 in rebates.

I had a decent experience with Wirefly. I ordered a phone from their website that I found on Google. The phone I ordered was the Motorola MPX 220 for Cingular. I did have to wait on hold when I called back to ask them about adding a data servie so I could check my email. The hold time was kinda long but all things considered the rep was nice enough to add it to my order and changed my shipping address. The phone got to my house in CA 2 days after I ordered it ready to go.

STAY AWAY - VERY DISHONEST

Ordered 2 phones with a family plan. They shipped only one phone and started the monthly service fee from carrier which caused concern on my part - why would the plan start when they only shipped one phone? They told me that they would ship the other phone to me within 72 hours. NEVER shipped second phone and after 35 phone calls by me, they then told me AFTER the "grace" period that they could not ship the second phone. This was 5 weeks after my order!! EVERY day I called to ask where was the second phone and they said 72 hours, in 72 hours we will ship. They even promised me 2 AMEX gift certificates valued at $50 (total) and said they would email them to me right away for my understanding. Guess what, NEVER received those either. FINALLY, I said ENOUGH - sent back the phone they sent and cancelled service. Now they are threatening to charge me an additional $250 if I don't agree to a new phone in it's place....WHAT? HELLO! This is BATE and SWITCH ----- isn't that ILLEGAL?

I was skeptical going through wirefly but I decided to risk it and order my phone through them and my experience was great. They should advertise more. My Nextel phone was 300.00 at Nextel store and I paid 50.00 through wirefly (no catch)
The rep that placed my order was nice and I got in 2 days.
This includes the transfering my number from my other carrier.

Website was easy to navigate and product information was clear. Ordering process was easy, however I would like to see a confirmation about porting my previous number on the final page to make sure I entered the number and account information correctly.

Shipping was fast, and free too. The information from FAQ and email communications are good, but there is a glitch with the email about when my new phone would be activated, so I was left guessing when it was going to work. I emailed customer service but they wanted me to call their 888 number to get further help.

I got the phone on Monday, It was completely working by Tuesday night. I think it would have worked earlier if I knew I had to turn the phone off and then on (after activation on their side) before the SIM card can be fully functional.

I placed an order on a Wednesday night and received free 2-day shipping. I had my order by the following Friday afternoon. My number was being ported from my previous provider and they made it so easy. I had my phone activated and was using it by Saturday night!! Not to mention, I was given several rebates on my new phone!! This company is amazing!!

I must say that I am one of the most critical people out there but when I spoke with representatives from wirefly they knew their jobs and when disconnected they actually called me back now THAT was major to me, I spoke with a representative named Frieda she was VERY competent she stayed on the phone with myself and Sprint for 4 hours making the porting of my number convienient I was very impressed.

They were out of stock of one of the phones I ordered. They substituted an LG for the Motorazr I had ordered. Both phones came with the wrong area code. I specified area code 318 and the phones had area code 903. I had to call Alltel and get them reprogramed on the telephone. When I tried to excange the Lg at an Alltel store I couldn't because I didn't buy it directly from Alltel. These are good products, it was just a pain in the neck getting them programed.

I was supposed to receive a free in-car phone holder when I ordered the navigation service on my new contract. However, I never received it and when I contacted Wirefly, they merely said that they didn't see that on my plan. It's the only reason that I ordered the navigation software and I'm thinking about returning my phone because of it.

Customer representitives were not knowledgeable as to what I had sent in. Had I not called I would not have known that the information sent was not readable to company. My copy was very clear and I thought you received a good copy also. I think when something goes wrong you should contact the potiental customer as soon as possible by telephone, if possible.

The offer was great! Everything was easy to do! Everything came really fast, and they keep me up to date with my order. I didn't have to get in contact with anyone for anything because everything came so fast and everything was in order. I have absolutely no complaints. I would definently order from Wifefly again!
