Ordered LG phone case on Thu Jan 17, 2008 night. Shipped with USPS 1st class mail on Fri Jan 18, 2008 afternoon. Received on Wed Jan 23, 2008 morning. I bought it to replace my 1-year-old phone case, which its swivel belt clip was recently broken. In my opinion, the new one wasn't as well made as my old one, even though the new one was a couple of bucks more expensive. FYI, my old one was of MyBat brand, whereas the new one I just bought was of LuxMo brand.

Business practices are fishy. I never got the item even after 3 weeks and when I called they told me it might have "lost" in the mail. however the status on line shown its never shipped.

MY 2 cents is BEAWARE!!! U Get what U pay for!!! Stay away from this site...tehy are bogus. CUst. service is non existent.

Ordered a USB cord for my cellular phone, they delivered the wrong brand eventhough the invoice was correct.  Tried reaching them by phone but only got a message saying their voice mailbox is full.  I emailed them but haven't gotten a response.

Don't waste your time on them, try somebody else....

I ordered a charger for a Apple iPod on Jan 2nd.  The charger that I received would not work with the latest 4th generation version of the iPod.  Apple changed something on the USB connection - thanks Apple :(

On Jan 10th I sent a note to the service center at Wireless Emporium to explain the problem.  They promptly apologized for the mistake and immediately sent me the correct recharger with no additional shipping or other costs.

Wow was I disappointed with this store. I have ordered two items and both times a totally incorrect item was sent. For my first order, I selected a phone charger and got a battery for a different brand phone. The second time I ordered a new battery for my husband's phone and got a battery for a different make of phone. For both orders the invoice was correct, but a different item was in the package. The service was QUICK, but inaccurate. I have been waiting now for two weeks for a response from the company. Not good customer service. I was impressed with their website, but a store is only as good as the person filling the order.

This store offers the best total price since they don't charge for shipping. They also seem to ship their products through Postal Service so it gets there faster. Overall good experience.

The order ended up being delivered quicker than usual and it appears they comp'd me the Priority upgrade. Great pricing and the products are just as advertised. Will definitely shop again.

I bought a bluetooth from Wireless Emporium. I received my purchase which stated brand new in a zip lock bag with no manual. When requested for the manual to be send so I can pair up the bluetooth with my cell phone they told me they couldn't find it.  I will never buy from this place again.
