I'm a little frustrated. I didn't realize it would take this long. The web site led me to believe I would have my shipment much sooner than this. I wanted this stuff for a special gig and thought I allowed enough lead time. Having to wait a couple months is not appropriate business. I may not shop with them again.

It's great and cheap. I find all of my products on here and at a fraction of all local music stores. Also, they not only have the instrumental types of music, but they have music creation softeare, hardware, and loop CD's. It's a great service especially for the price.

It's very easy to find what I want. Prices are reasonable and easy to checkout via their webpage. It would be nice to add a history of purchases type feature so after I log in, I can find what I've ordered in the past and reorder the same items. I bought some hard to use reeds based upon a review that may have been misleading.

I ordered a complete set of heads for my drum kit. My online order information claimed that all of the heads had shipped at one time. I received the order with a slip explaining that two of the heads were on back order. I called a service rep and he confirmed that two of the items were back ordered. I am waiting for the rest of my order.
