Good prices,easy ordering, great follow-up emails from WWBW to let me know the progress of my order. All items delivered when expected. Three out of four items delivered within a few days. The fourth was a special order (plainly designated as such on their web site). It took a little longer to receive but that was clearly explained on the web site before ordering and reinforced with follow-up email to let me know that that one item would be shipped later than the rest, and when to expect it. This is my third time to order from WWBW and I've been completely satisfied every time.

Shipping was extremely fast for my first purchase....faster than expected. I'm still waiting for my second purchase shipment to arrive, but it's still within the expected timeframe. Account shows it to be shipped.

Woodwind and Brasswind was great. I got the piece I needed for a cost less than I would have paid locally. I also recieved it quicker than I would have if I had ordered it locally.

The experience was great. The purchase was large (dollars) and they called me and my credit union to verify that my card belonged to me which I appreciated and I was impressed by. The madolin was a birthday gift for my son - (turned 21) so it was a very significant gift that I had dropped shipped to him at college. He was very excited about it and of course it was so well wrapped/packaged that it added to the fun of his receiving this big box with the mandolin so cautiously wrapped. I will continue to shop with W&B

This merchant offers a nice selection of quality products at competative prices. There are times when products that are listed as "in stock" are not always actually in stock. Ordered products are sometimes slow to ship. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the products that I have purchased and I will continue to buy from this vendor.
